Technically if you keep the mode on for the full amount of time, it takes 45% off your current health. So really, it’s pretty impossible to die from the ultimate, since the health will break into smaller and smaller fractions

Yeah it's literally : "Can you get to zero by dividing ?" well no .... In math we say that it tends to zero but it's not zero in the end, hence he will never die ...
At some point you may run into the limits of the float or double behind the heath points and it might end up killing him but it's gonna take a long long time ...
Actually they might eventually round him life to 0. This is a game, not a pure mathematic expression
@@pedronunes3063 In math it will never happen. In computer floating point it will happen, but at the rate it's going no one will ever be alive to see it. There's no point for them to complexify the code to make it happen quicker or do any kind of rounding, what would be the purpose of that ?

every time I fight a enemy and I use his ult he dies-
Bruh I feel you, I was so hyped for xiao but he dies quite easily, so when you are building him give him very good def stat so that atleast the damage taken from the enemies is reduced, increasing health won’t work cause the mask always takes away a particular percentage, oh and also keep some really good healers on your team, I use diona and Bennett, Bennett especially is very useful because he is so versatile and you can use him for the pyro swirl reaction too and his healing is very good, he is overall a good character with lots of value when it comes to support, and diona on the other hand is one of the best full time supports out there, she utilises shields as well as healing and has helped my team so much, so diona and Bennett are what I use to help xiao when it comes to health and also just general support, you can also use Barbara for the heals and xinyan for her shields, they are very good too, so when you’re using xiao try to focus more on making your other characters be able to support him, especially when it comes to health which is a problem. Ye so I hope I helped, just focus on the supports and xiao just gets more unstoppable with their help ;)

That ending lol! I'm a proud Xiao main, for some reason I got interested in him because of his ult, back story and overall character design.
It doesn't matter to me if he's not the best character, and I'm not gonna rub it in anyone's face that Xiao is better than this and that character. I genuinely love him as a character and I can't imagine a team without him. Yes I feel pain in the Spiral abyss lol

The reason he can't die is because it takes a percentage of his health, so at a certain point it just rounds it to zero (I think, it's been a while)

I never would of though Xiao would be much of a “glass cannon” when it comes to using him in combat. I mean after using him for a while his defense isn’t all that great. Unless someone knows what artifacts/ weapons could make him last longer in battle.... 🤷♂️

this makes sense when you think about it sincexiao's burst only takes away a percentage of his current hp instead of a percentage of his max hp so his hp would just break down into lower and lower numbers and the game just rounds it off to 1
