    Thanks sharing your expierences with the bike. I bought a Voge 650 DSX about 2 years ago and although I bought it just because I was curious about the quality and how good or bad Chinese bikes are today, I was positively surprised. I have now 15k on the clock and so far no problems at all. I sat on the 900 as well. But I guess I will keep my 650 for a while. One issue with Voge or Chinese bikes in general is: you do not get anything for them if you want to sell them. Keep and drive them or not buy one

    • @motechRevolution
      @motechRevolution  2 месяца назад +2

      Thanks for the comments, here in Spain second hand prices of Voge are high. A well established dealer network helps. In fact the 900 DSX is selling for upto 600€ more second hand than new due to the 4 month waiting period. They cannot get them into Spain fast enough. Fastest selling bike of 2024

      @@motechRevolution perhaps I should sell my Voge 650 in Spain (and not here in Germany). But since I am happy with it, currently there is no need. As you said in the video, sooner or later Voge will be more established and this will have for sure an effect on second hand prices as well....

    The niggles that bug you, would also bug me. The luggage & main stand issue especially 😮

      @@keepitreal1547 thanks for commenting, let me put your mind at rest. It is a brilliant bike, yes the indicator could be better also the top stand position. But I have got used to both. The top box does come of the bike with the key. The luggage has been brilliant and is well built, it's just really tight to start with. The gearbox is now smooth after nearly 4000 km not had a single problem with it. It's a joy to ride. If has I have said before, you are in the market for this style of bike.

    You're right about the tank I can get over 300km on a tank but find I am filling up every 200 km because of the fuel indicator. I really like the black one but I have had a black bike before in gloss and it was a pig to keep clean with the Spanish dust. The Vogel is black model with a satin matt finish so it is even worse for me. Thanks for the comments,✌️

      Yes.. that thing with the fuel indicator is quite annoying.
      ..especially during long trips on highways, where you want to know the remaining distance on fuel.
      I'm from Greece, so I know what dust means😉 on a black bike😅😅.
      But I live on the German-French border where the dust is extremely low, so the black color would not be a problem.
      The topic you presented in the video regarding the motorcycle cases troubled me a bit.
      I ordered two days ago the small black side bags from your previous video. 14.46 €
      I will get them before the bike😂🤣

    Thank you for the information! There are still no factory boxes here in Magyarország, but based on these, I think I will choose another solution. The passenger seat is also problematic for me. According to my partner, it goes downhill. The handrail is also very much under the bottom, and my partner is 162 cm and 50 kg, he doesn't have a big bottom! The passenger footrest is very comfortable but completely vertical. That's why you can't resist with your foot when braking. He also slides forward in the seat while he can barely hold on.... So the passenger issue is also a problem for us....

    The most anoying thing for me is petrol level :) It's very usefull to have range left. I really don't know why they didn't include it. Maybe, some firmware update could fix it but...if level sensor is bad and if there is no any other correct measuring (example with digital flow meter), there is no option for mcu to calculate km left for the trip. Lots of design faults. The luggage system is terrible , the Chinese bikes are catching up but they are only selling due to price. £9000 for a bmw low budget bike is about the right price tag. The fuel gauge is no good for touring , the centre stand looks like it’s been designed by a first year apprentice, I’ll stick with sports tourer for the next few years , see his these bikes develop.

Givi is making luggage now for the DSX 900, plus screens so there are options, Its not that it's a budget bike so much as other bikes are over priced. All the components are high end. As for build quality, you cannot fault it on the DXS 900. I think the higher capacity TRX 702 will do well. The 502 was just too small, hence its poor residual prices
