I definitely learned something, I have kaolin clay and that base. I also have the haircut and a shave too! I'm going to make this for sure. Thanks Terry 😊
That's awesome! That's such a nostalgic fragrance, reminds me of my dad! Let me know how it turns out, or if you have questions. Thank you for watching and commenting- it's so helpful for growing the channel and community! 🙂❤
It turned out great Terry, my husband uses it daily and I have sold some bars at craft fairs. I made a men's line of soaps that are masculine I call them granite, copper, onyx, bronze and leather. I marbled my soaps I used St Terra palm free glycerin as my base, and I made shampoo bars from CC DF Moroccan and Argan base. I sold as a set or individual. They were beautiful. I used haircut and a shave, bay rum, very sexy and drakkar type for fo's in the soaps .I didn't add a fo to my shave soaps. I am hoping to launch a website this year. You have inspired me so much Terry. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us all. ❤❤❤
You're welcome! I'm so glad it was helpful. Thank you for watching! I have an entire playlist of beginner videos that may also be helpful to you. It's SUCH a fun hobby/art form; I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I do! 🥰❤
Thank you, thank you, thank you - you just taught me how to mix the clay in the FO and then how to add that to the soap. I struggled when trying to make a "gardener soap".
I may not have said, I've got to get better at that! I believe I used about 34 oz. I was going for eight 4oz soaps, and I prefer to go over rather than under, so I added in about extra oz and made a half soap for my love! 🤣Let me know how they go! 🙂🥰
Try other brands, and make sure you are not adding too many additives. Crafter's Choice lathers extremely well, as does Stephenson's, but you can't add a bunch of oils or too much of any additive will destroy the lather. So will overheating. My MP soaps lather very well. Good luck! 🥰❤

how much of the fragrance did you use? Can't wait to try this.
In general I use 1-1.5% per pound, rarely I will take it up to 2% if allowed by IFRA. Hope you have fun with it! ❤🥰
