Do seeds prefer darkness or do you put the light on right away?
The seeds don't need light to germinate but you want the light to be there for them as soon as they germinate for the best conditions. Technically, you can leave the light off until they germinate - but we find it is easiest just to have the light on (using a timer), and let it do it's thing.
Does it work with Cannabis too?
Yes. It has worked for cannabis - we've heard from some who say yes.
What kind of nutrient do you add to the water and how much of it?
We use MaxiGro by General Hydroponics (also available on our website) and 1 Tsp makes a gallon! Check out the full vid on our channel if you can for a bit more info!
What is the inches on the net pot?
3" net pot for wide mouth jars!
How did you not get root rot? I literally did the same thing and all died cause of it. ( I'm knew to trying to grow anything)

@@HappyLeafLEDGrowLights hey your video didn't explain root rot directly. To prevent, do you just keep the water at the bottom of the pot as you mentioned about getting air?
@@BetterLifeLibrary Yes, we keep the water level at the bottom of the pot and we also cover the jars with a black sock to prevent rot.
