Hi Charlotte, I am moving again. This time to a studio apartment. When this video came out, I was in the middle my last moving process. My husband had to move to Denver for his new job then. This time, my roommate will be moving to CA for his new job. I hate the moving process. But I hate saying goodbye to my loved one and friend even more. Hi, M & H, I’ve been your subscriber for a while and I like your soft, moderate, and cheerful style. This is the first time I leave a comment because this whole moving process is so relatable to my own life with my boyfriend and now husband over the past five years. Sometimes you just want to have a stable and sweet life, but the reality just like to kick your butt from time to time. But we all can go through it and make fun out of it. Btw, I have the exact giant lamp, sofa, coffee table in my living room. IKEA sometimes can be a little generic. Sometimes I walked in my friends’ apartment feel like a it’s mine. But on the other hand, I like this feel, kinda link all young people who are still trying to build up their career and life together. Their stuff kinda make our life affordable yet decent. Sorry for rambling so much. But I just want to wish you guys all the best!!

I was so stressed and ready to be done with it so I didnt do p e last farewell tour. Kinda wish I would have sucked it up to savor the memories for just a few more minutes. Moving is definitely stressful and fun at the same time! It’s always exciting to see what new adventures and memories you will make at a new place. Also, your husband’s katana is really nice, but I was noticing that it’s been displayed upside down! The blade edge traditionally should be in the up position in the sheath (saya) to prevent the blade from becoming worn down, however you guys can totally display it to however aesthetically pleasing for you! I recently studied iaido (art of drawing and sheathing the sword) for a weapons demonstration in Taekwondo and it was really interesting and fun!

One packing trick is to wrap ypur drawers with plastic wrap. That way you don't have to box your clothes. You could also wrap your make up drawer dividers so nothing comes out.
I just bought a desk from IKEA today. Picking it up tomorrow. I hate assembling so I am going to pay for someone to come out to my place and assemble it. Love IKEA!
use to be able to get free boxes everywhere, dollar generals have still gave them to me free long as i don't make a mess , some krogers , pays to know the manager too lol

Love the pink futon. I found it on Walmart website but legs were chrome and not the brass color. Did you paint yours? It is $215 + but I don't think it is available anymore, but I love it!
xoxo as always boo....:) I'm way too OCD to have 15 million different sized boxes because I like to see them all stacked neatly in the same width and height. Ha ha. Unfortunately, I got so used to moving in the last ten years that I finally just said screw it and only went to Home Depot and did their heavy-weight moving boxes. Biggest pleasure of watching this tho? Kickin' it in the right-hand lane passing the cars and trucks on the 101/ 134 / 5 fwys. Always a good feeling. But no other IKEAs in the area though...unless you're driving way south to Carson. :(

The legs on mine are chrome too, but I'm planning to paint them brass. That's so sad if it's not available anymore!

We used Drydex Spackling to fill the holes ourselves, then sanded it down once dry. It starts off pink and turns white once dry :)

Is the futon actually comfortable?
It's firm, but I like that!
