Thanks for uploading this. I play an acoustic version which is a slightly more developed version of just the chords. It's a great song off an album that's not often given enough credit. Saw Hawkwind for the first time on this tour back in about 1978 or 79.
I’d like to hear that version. I stripped this version right back just so beginners could get to grips with it but there are many subtle nuances within Hawkwind Tracks
Nice mate, but you have forgotten the section with the lyrics "I can read your mind like a magazine, I see where you're at, I know what you mean, I get all the secrets that you'd rather keep". The chords for that bit are Em, A, C. Then it's back to the regular Em
Actually what's important when getting the Hawkwind sound is the Brock shredding pattern, which is what you are doing. Little point teaching it - best just listen and learn from the recording.
Its a cover version not a verbatim copy. The original lead was played on a synthesiser. Sadly I don't own one or the skills to play one so I had to improvise. Find solutions to problems bruvva never the reverse x Thanks for your comment 🙏

Yes that cheeky A chord.
On the acoustic I do the Dsus4 Dsus2 thing around the D chord before the chorus.
Strictly speaking... it's Hawklords, not Hawkwind.
That guitar tone is bang on what’s the signal chain …please
No.chain just the onboard effects that come with the Katana 50w mk 1 if that helps

Absolutely. I will do some more hawkwind tracks as there’s so many great tunes
@@thesmartway693 Looking forward to that. Seven by Seven is a great track. Spirit of the Age too, but it's just two chords.
