Helpful, but a little too fast for true beginners.
Any time you say "Click over here" take a moment to show where "here" is or what "this" is. Anytime clicking in a drop-down menu, also take a moment so we can see what you're actually clicking.

They are an average host. I really don't like their forced website builder. I prefer Dreamhost or WPX.
