These machines can spray Waymore than we do on a daily basis. The biggest problem is room for all the carts and finished product. If we are running out officially though, we could spray 2 to 3 full house worth of product each day.
Yes, it just costs a single side. After that we let the product flash then put it in our Schubox dryer. Then we can flip in 20-30 minutes and coat again.

What about edge coating? Do you get proper coated edges after this machine?
It does coat the edges well. The guns are angled and that helps with the edge coating.
