Very unforgettable para sa akin ang pagbisita namin sa San Guillermo Church and the Betis Church in 2005, most esp.when I saw that the Betis parish prepared a grand fiesta lunch for our group (we were about 200-250) of professional catechists from all over Luzon, several of whom also hail from Pampanga (including the Dean of the San Beda Graduate School of Liturgy, Dr. Manabat). Ingat na ingat kami sa paglakad sa Betis Church that time dhil nga kahoy at baka maging maingay ang yabag ng aming mga paa. We had Mass then partook of a sumptuous lunch prepared by their PPC. Thanks very much for such truly wonderful experience, and such absolutely warm welcome, Betis!
Aside from seeing and learning about these beautiful and historic churches in Pampanga. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na ganun pala ang tamang pagbigkas ng Bacolor. I'm assuming that's the right pronunciation kasi Ms. Kara is from Pampanga. The way I pronounce it kasi matigas may stress dun sa 2nd syllable. hehe. skl.
Someday i want to visit again those historical churches.And am humbly to say I am one of the volunteers/ servant of Apu Mamacalulu in Angeles City.God is good all the time.Thank you Apo
