(and then) he will grant us the desires of our hearts." if we truly delight in God, like sis Dara said, we would have lost any personal desire because we delight in him and now love what he loves. More Grace Ladies, my take on the question number 1 is that Christians don't get disappointed, that which we usually call disappointment is usually God's Divine strategy to lead us to the expected end, his purpose (that Glorious Destination ) which he promised us in his word, so if we are treading a part contrary to his Devine purpose he will do everything possible to disconnect us from that part for our own good, ( consider ROM: 8 vs 28 and Jerem: 29 vs 11 )but because we are spiritually short sighted we call everything disappointment. We might not understand everything that's happening in our lives as Christians but we must keep Trusting him. This is a Revelation i got recently in my spirit, it just came into my mind even though I wasn't thinking of something like that previously. Coming across this question on this program today am glad to share it here. Lovely More insight.

Yea. Godly relationship is orchestrated by God Himself beyond your like and dislikes. It is secured in God. Primary purpose of pleasing Him in all aspects. Very distinct and clear focus. It is not trial and error. Most times, the love is inert beyond what we see but at last if it works out, everything falls in place as if there were no differences. Unfortunately, many single christian ladies and guys engage themselves in worldly relationships. May God help His children.

I havent even watched the entire video and am already blessed. This tells me age has nothing to do with having holy and pure wisdom from GOD. That been said, I also find it confusing to be giving God list of what i want because i know what i want isn't what i truly need. I recently read a testimony on Hallelujah Challenge, a sister testified that she received all she wrote down of what she wanted in her husband before they even met. In my mind i thought really!? Could that honestly happen? am not doubting God but was just wondering if it could have been God's permissive will to her request(Cos i wouldn't want God to answer me based on the idols in my heart). I also tried writing out a list for God but never got around to pray about it, lol. I pray The Holy Spirit continually instill in you both more wisdom to speak God's mind on issues such as this in Jesus name.
