Hello everyone! Recently, one of my subscribers suggested using pasta instead of Korean noodles. It's a great idea for those living abroad, so I gave it a try. It turned out to be really delicious! If you get the chance, you should definitely try it too. Have a great one!❤🙏
Jason Farmer shows that you can boil western pasta with some baking soda to make them more like ramen noodles. This is the closest I've gotten to some of the noodles in Korea.
Those dishes looked delicious! Well done! I want to try making them, especially the spicy one. I'm looking forward to your next video. Keep up the great work!
😃👏👏❤ Todas tus recetas son excelentes!!! Gracias!
Gracias.😊🙏
You have jjajang paste (Chunjang) at home instead of Jjajang powder. When using jjajang paste, first heat about 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and add 1.5 tablespoons of Chunjang. Stir-fry it over low heat for 2-3 minutes, making sure it doesn't burn. After 2-3 minutes, transfer the stir-fried Chunjang to a separate bowl. Lightly stir-fry the vegetables, then add the stir-fried Chunjang instead of Jjajang powder. At the end, mix 1 teaspoon of starch powder with 3 tablespoons of water to make a starch water mixture and add it to adjust the thickness. This recipe serves one person. Good luck!😊🙏

I have jjajang paste but no powder, any suggestion on how much to add for this simple recipe?
You have jjajang paste (Chunjang) at home instead of Jjajang powder. When using jjajang paste, first heat about 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and add 1.5 tablespoons of Chunjang. Stir-fry it over low heat for 2-3 minutes, making sure it doesn't burn. After 2-3 minutes, transfer the stir-fried Chunjang to a separate bowl. At the end, mix 1 teaspoon of starch powder with 3 tablespoons of water to make a starch water mixture and add it to adjust the thickness. This recipe serves one person. Good luck!😊🙏
P.S. If stir-frying the jjajang paste separately is too much hassle, you can stir-fry it together with the other ingredients.😊
