    Just remember, if someone or thing makes you angry, it has control of you and your emotions. If angry you lose your focus and control! Anger makes you unthinkable! Stay common, stay in control!

    Fierce instinct is also fiery so it may be easy to confuse with anger, while the first is there to survive or save others, the second is clearly destructive. Think emergency, or mothers protecting their young. That's way beyond anger and necessary unless you have nothing to protect. 🌺🙏🏻

    once you have anger, whoever made you angry has control over your mind. Plus when you are angry, you lose all rational thought . it took me years to understand how anger can destroy you within. and with anger, you say things that you can never take back!

    Hola Shi Heng estoy desde España siguiendo tus ejercicios te quería preguntar aquí la gentes que conozco como mi madre que tiene 90 anos anda muy bien y sin ningún dolor y yo intento con 58 anos hacér ejercicios meditación y no me sirve para nada al tener unosdolores de miedo en las ingles y algunas veces orino hasta sangre que puedo hacer la gente tiene problemas y se lo solucionan y yo no veo en mi ninguna solución

      You can't always protect everything. You make that decision in the moment, and these forms are only teaching you possible moves and condition your body. In a real fight, you don't stick to any form, or you have already lost. You apply what is the best possible response, and hopefully, this, or another form, have taught you that.
      Also, Chan Gong Rou Quan is a moving meditation, not a fighting application form. You normally don't have much need to protect your groin in meditation 😃
