Potatoes 450g
Water
Boil 15 minutes
Black pepper 1/5tsp
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/3tsp
Garlic powder 1/5tsp
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Coriander 10g
Mozzarella cheese 80g
Corn starch 100g
Fry 9 minutes

I cut mine from a brick of cold mashed potatiea thicker and bake them @ 425°F until golden, then flip and continue baking for another side to brown.
