That is not two bathrooms, that is 11/2 , and that is not an apartment, that is a studio/suite kitchen, I think USD $196,000 is too much money for such small apartment. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Rosa, thank you for watching and commenting, please check by the end of the video I included the floor plan, it has 2 full bathrooms with shower, since the bedroom is separated with a door it is considerate a full apartment with open concept, in one month the project has sold 50% of the units available it shoes that the price is correct, things like location in front on the beach, amenities (golf course, bowling Center, spa, tennis court) might affect the price and high demand can affect the price too.
