Thanks for the video and time codes man! but I still have one question left, is the "download history" the download history of the account or the xbox's itself? I'm buying a second hand 360 since my old one broke and not being able to play the digital games I bought is a bummer.
Digital purchases are linked to your account, and this is what "download history" shows. So as long as you use the same Xbox live account on the replacement 360, you will be able to download and play your games.

I have also heard that it's still possible to buy new games and DLC directly on the Xbox 360's hidden marketplace after the shutdown. However, it only works for content that is backwards compatible with the newer systems.

i have a question, I have a couple of 360 games that i've bought with an xbox series console, since then i've sold it but one of the games I had bought was sonic unleashed which i've been meaning to replay, can i still download it on a 360 despite never owning one?
Yes, if you bought a backwards-compatible 360 game on Series X/S, you can download and play it on an Xbox 360, but only if it is indeed a backwards compatible game. (Some 360 games were ported to later consoles instead of having backwards compatibility). www.xbox.com/en-us/games/backward-compatibility?cat=xbox360
I get downloading error at 80% and nothing helps. I also get a Windows Media Center configuration menu every time on startup and i can't get rid of it.
You can set the 360 to launch into the dashboard (instead of windows media center) by going to: Settings -> System -> Console Settings -> Startup and Shutdown
I need some help. I tried playing Halo (the original one for Xbox on my 360) and it’s telling me I need to download it? How do I do that when the servers are no longer working?
The 360 marketplace is closed, but the download servers are not. If you bought Halo from the marketplace, you should be able to download it with the account you bought it with.
If you have the physical disc, then do you have an unofficial internal HDD? The official Microsoft internal Xbox 360 HDDs came with an emulation partition that was required for the console to download updates to play OG Xbox games. Unofficial internal HDDs did not include this which may be why you're seeing this error.
I bought the FIFA 14 disc for XBOX 360 but lost it, am I able to download it, because when I search it up it says ‘Didn’t find anything’ ‘Website is wrong or down’and then when I go on the website because that’s what it tells me to do it says ‘Can’t connect to the website’ does anyone know what I can do?
I can't speak to the website errors you're seeing, but having previously owned the disc version of a game wouldn't give you the ability to download it from the Xbox digital store. You'd have to have purchased the digital version to be able to download it.
@@Filmire It still shows FIFA 14 on my games but when I press A to launch it says ‘Insert the FIFA 14 disc.’ I press cancel because I don’t have the disc. Then it says ‘This is an installed game.’

I tried the first method and when I select the game (in my case it's Batman: Arkham City) there's no "dowload again" option. I bought the game digitally trough the marketplace when it was up. What can I do?
That sounds frustrating. I did a quick web search and it seems like some people are getting that error when trying to redownload specific content. Unfortunately I don't know of a solution.

why people want to update everything/always? If the game works ..don't touch it! as they say "If it ain't broke don't fix it!"
The entire idea of LEGO Dimensions is updating for new content worlds.
