    If you need your own balance trainer, Terra-Core did give me a 20% off code. Use code "RS" at check out :-) www.terracorefitness.com

      Redefining Strength thank you for the review here. Not sure the RS code still works. TY

    Thanks Cori. This is a tool I would buy later. I can see how it would protect my lower back, with some of the exercises. I took the day off today. Muscle strain. Glad I did. Great upload!

      Even using it as a bench for pressing moves creates instability which can really force you to activate those muscles harder!

    I’m watching the video I think you’re really toned and was wondering if those are results from the Terra Core

    Do you have any suggestions for protecting knees when doing so many moves like jumping & squat ( accompanied with intense lateral momentum)?

    Thanks Cori, great video! Pretty similar to the Bosu, except the hooks underneath?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  5 лет назад +1

      YES! I just don't own a Bosu and have used this one at the gym for the last few years. (Plus it's longer so I love using it for partner work in my group classes!)

    Thanks for posting this video. Before viewing I didn't know the difference between Terra Core and terra cotta. Thanks to the RUclips algorithm, "Terra Core Review" came up on the right side of the screen. And then viewing "Fat Blasting, Mega Calorie Burn", I had a better grasp on reality.
    To me the Terra Core is the love child of a BOSU Ball and a Stepper. If one wants to challenge their balance on an infinitely variable base (by adjusting the amount of inflation), this piece of equipment will do that.
    Thank you for the posting on RUclips and I hope all of the grief-inducing comments become exercises in learning to develop socially fit minds and bodies.

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  5 лет назад

      heheh It's funny you say Terra Cotta cause it always makes me think of that! haha And hey...tools are only as good as how we choose to use them and if they fit our needs and goals. A "great" tool can be used in correctly and not provide benefit while a "stupid" tool used well can help someone get the results they want. The key is to have fun with your training and challenge your mind and body so you keep coming back for more! I work with clients to use what they have and do what they enjoy while getting the results they want! :-)

      Yes they are definitely on the more expensive side. I have the one at the gym I got initially and love using it in the classes. It's held up now for years...a bit dirty as you can see in the video but still amazing hehe

      Hmm I actually don't know. I may have to weigh it today! Dude that lunge is so hard. It's a great way to further advance the forward backward lunge without weights.

      It's a fun tool to use! One of my favorite moves I didn't show here was the partner plank challenge. You have two people on the terra-core moving it on each other. Fun and silly!

    • @VicBattlefield
      @VicBattlefield 5 лет назад

      @Redefining Strength: Hehe! I get the picture. Anyway, the Terra Core (cool name, btw) among other things is definitely ideal for training your senso-motor system. Personally, it's too bulky for my place. I'm already kicking my swiss-ball around all day to get it out of the way! However, if you let them use your thumbnail as a product promotion poster, I'm sure they'll boost sales! It's absolutely...oh, you know. A❤️4U2, Coach and have a great week. Cheers!

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  5 лет назад +1

      bahhah than you! Even just a little balance disc or pad can be enough to create instability. And without either of those? Just even unilateral moves can be oh so freaking amazing!

    I really respect the integrity of you channel and I have learned a lot from you. Please do not sale anything, for me this stuff doesn't make any sense really, all the exercises you shown can be done without and it will be as effective. So please do sale the shit. You are the best, consider your image before considering saleing something like that.

    • @redefiningstrengthOC

      So if I hadn't said a name of a tool and had instead just done it on one...that would have been fine? I've been asked repeatedly for a "bosu" video by people over the last year so did one with the TOOL I BOUGHT over 4 years ago. So yes, as you can see the one in the gym on the turf is dirty from 4 years of use in my classes. And YES when the company contacted me with a second free one, I was more than happy to share as I've been asked for a bosu exercise variations video and I've loved using my Terra-Core. Also, you like getting my videos for free, right? Better hope someone has the courtesy to appreciate my work and pay me at some point ;-) I'd love to see you do your job for free...
