Starfox Command in a nutshell: The Anglar empire is attacking! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... Rescue Peppy's daughter! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... Falco Left the team and started his own! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... Slippy's getting married! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... Andross' grandson Dash is joining the battle! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... Krystal is with star Wolf now! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... Starfox is disbanding! Yeah, but Fox and Krystal... They focused too much on Fox and Krystal's rocky relationship.
I Know Right It literally felt like I was playing through a severely disjointed Fanfic with so many Endings my Head Was Spinning for days Afterward, Easily the worst Star Fox Game, 60 was the Best.
Why make their relationship rocky in the first place? It’s as if a “an insane fool” was hired, wrote fanfic, and then was banished to Venom for his crimes and this starfox zero was made.

Ending 9 is actually my favorite. I can't say I agree with Falco's G-Zero idea, but it really cheered Fox up. You've still got your best friend, Foxy. You've still got your best friend.
This was my favourite ending as well, and I drank up the depressing bits before which made Fox's happy face in the last slide even better. I love Falco.

This game is a 10/10 The story and destiny of every character life depends on the choices you make, JUST LIKE IN REAL LIFE. I think you guys are forgetting the biggest lesson that the game is trying to give (or gave), that lesson is..........life is not fair. People come and people go, since this game is meant to be played by kids, the developers show us from a very short age that we have to understand how life works, how every choice you make in life affects directly you and your friends, the people that surround you and that certain person you want to spent your life with. I get goosebumps when I see this because back when I was a kid I saw the world in a cheerful and joyful way, now that I'm in college life hit me really hard, now I barely have friends and I feel that I don't belong anywhere because I made bad choices when I was a teenager. But now, seeing this beautiful video I understand the real meaning of happiness, DECISIONS. In a interview a while back ago, many members expressed that they are wanting to create a new game for the wii, but have yet to come up with a good storyline (this was around Star Fox 3D). The Star Fox series is not "finished", and it is very likely that we can look forward to more games from the series.
I love the 2nd ending and the last one.... RACING!!! Gosh, I would love the two to be combined in some way. I hope Fox gives Capt. Falcon a run for his money, heh. :)
When I heard about the multiple ending in this game, I rolled my eyes, thinking each one of them were going to be a bunch of random nonsense after the other. But it actually turns out to be pretty phenomenon. I especially loved the endings throughout the game, mostly the first one and the ones with Fox and Krystal reunited once again, and even giving birth to a son. And the music that plays in everyone of these endings is just smoothing and relaxing that puts you in a nice mood, even if the other endings. Now with the works of the new Star Fox Wii U game, I really wonder how are they going to pull that off? Will it be a direct sequel to Star Fox Command or Adventure will it be a whole different type of Star Fox game, maybe featuring their children and a new generation of Star Fox team, perhaps a prequel of one Star Fox games, or maybe even a restart of the original series. There are so many speculations of what the next Star Fox game could be in the works, or which endings will truly tie-in to the series. My guess; my money is on the first ending to truly tie-in with the next Star Fox game. But I guess we'll have to wait and find out eventually. Because yeah, I'm one of those people who wants to see another console Star Fox game, not a cheap handheld game.
Fox and Falco in "G-Zero" grand prix (Basically F-Zero grand prix) is my favourite. Though the best ending here is where star fox is still being a thing and everything's okay.
I think at least most of the endings are canon, but I had to make some slight alterations to make them all fit like puzzle pieces. #1 Amanda joining Star Fox. #2 Dash starts the war. #3 The Star Fox Crew win the war and celebrate with a feast. #4 Peppy and Lucy reminiscing their late wife/mother. #5 Krystal leaving Star Fox to join Star Wolf. #6 Falco and Fox retire as pilots and begin G-Zero Grand Prix racing. #7 Krystal leaving Star Wolf and changes her name to Kursed, no longer able to tolerate being called a traitor for leaving Star Fox. #8 Krystal starts her unknown job on the planet Kew, but then starts to feel guilty for leaving Star Fox. #9 Fox bumps into her during her job. She recognizes him, but he doesn't recognize her until she points out all those times they had together. They then reveal their feelings to each other and along with Falco, they return to Star Fox. #10 Years later, most of the members disband the squadron. Fox and Krystal settle down and get married. Same with Slippy and Amanda. #11 Falco, then feels empty without his best friends from the team and then starts Star Falco with Katt, and they later form as a couple. Dash apologizes for starting the war years earlier,. He is forgiven and redeems himself by joining Star Falco. #12 Last but not least, Years later, Fox and Krystal have a son named Marcus, and Slippy and Amanda have many tadpoles, one of them, along with Marcus and Peppy's granddaughter, form a new Star Fox team. Falco retires Star Falco to return to Star Fox with the new team. BUT THAT'S JUST A THEORY, A GAME THEORY. Yes, it may not make sense, but I'm still working on it.

Ah, sweet memories. Sweet memories of playing this entire goddamn game too many times because certain pathways split up and reconverge at the same point as other paths, leading to getting an ending you already got. I remember it being mainly that crap with Wolf and Fox on Sol that really got my gander. Also, even though the entire plot was a little too focused on Fox and Krystal (this coming from a Fox/Krsytal shipper back when I was 12 or whatever), ending 2 is the best. Not only do the two foxes finally decide to settle down and have an actual romance instead of sexual tension, but all their kids meet up with fuckin' old ass Old Snake Falco. That shit was awesome and no one can tell me otherwise.
Starside Studios that's what reboots are for (reboot=start a series over meaning everything that happened just went POOF, it's all gone and never happened, now a ret-con is when something that was originally canon soon becomes uncanon while the series isn't rebooted, if correct big the cat from sonic is currently ret conned...)
I never played this game, but hearing all these different endings really makes me think about life. How it can go in different ways, how our actions can really change how our lives go from there, how we can gain and lose things that we love and how we can change into different people. It's rather existential once you think about it. I think my favourite ending is the one where Fox and Krystal have a kid, because it shows Star Fox living on through a new generation.

ending 7 made me kind of sad, imagine growing old to tell your grandkids your stories, and that music makes it so sad. If you think back to any series that had a game with multiple endings, they either ran with the "best ending" the most neutral ending, or the status quo was preseved and they didn't use any of the endings.
Yeah slippy being old just doesn't sit right with me so that ending was one of the saddest ones for me the fact that he was still thinking about the crew and never talked to his pals again.

The further events in Star Fox Command depend on the player's choices, and no ending nor route is canon according to Dylan Cuthbert, who headed Star Fox Command's development
I'll add one tidbit here; that's true, and if you want definite certainty, then that's as much as you'll get. But you had to follow one specific path with only one ending first time around, which ultimately led to Ending 3. So if they finally get around to making a continuation to the story, it will likely continue where Fox is alone and Krystal is with Star Wolf. :/

Ending 6 is a very good set up for a sequel with a new villain in place and a conflict already beginning. I think Nintendo made this game so that the fans could see which ending they liked the best and go from there. Dash would be a great villain and in that screen shot you could see death in his eyes *shiver* XD
I only agree with endings 1, 2, 5, and 6 1. and 5. It doesn't make it obvious, but the next Star Fox game could still work, and it still gives that happy ending. 2. Wile this time line marks the end of the Star Fox we know, it dose open up the possibility for a new Star Fox team. 6. Wile the ending dose creep me out a little, it is the perfect ending to allow the next Star Fox game.
Unless they say otherwise, it IS part of the saga, but likely to remain last in the timeline so people can decide for themselves which ending actually happens.
Quite a few references have been made between star fox and f-zero in f-zero x there is a character named James Mccloud who looks alot like Fox's dad. And there is also a character named leon who looks like Wolf. Now Fox and Falco enter in a futuristic race called G-zero which is an obvious f-zero reference.
So, from the endings, I deduce Dash Oikonney will be the main villain of the next Star Fox game and the rest of the stuff will keep as exactly as Command begun except for Pepper who I believe he will be dead already,

In order to keep the Star Fox crew and ongoing adventures the same as they currently are (as evidenced in Lylat Cruise's transmission scenes in SSBB), Ending 5 is the true ending.
"Forget being a legendary hero who encounters near death situations all the time, shoots the fuck out of stuff and flies a faster than light speed ship, let's go be racers, because that's so much more exciting and fun!" XD As I recall, Fox became a pilot to upkeep the memory of his father. Forget this game ever happened and make an RPG style Star Fox. Moving around the whole Lylat system freely, all the original planets, Dinosaur planet, etc. Customizable Arwings, outfits, etc. Same characters.
So if we were to tie all ends together, slippy lived a very good life with lots of kids, telling tales of how he flew with possibly the best team in the galaxy and being adored by their children, peppy was the general and also lived a very full life with his daughter lucy and always thinking of their mother. krystal joined star wolf and never looked back at star fox team because fox told her it was dangerous for her to keep going with the team ( sad i know) and she was seemed as a traitor basically everywhere she goes for betraying star fox team, so she moved to another galaxy and changed her named to Kursed, she probably had a job as a bounty hunter or something like that, and much much more later on in life she met fox in a planet. Fox was devastated of what had happened everyday thinking of krystal, the woman he fought to save back in Sauria (and the planet itself) so many days passed fox barely ate and lost countless hours of sleep, until falco had the idea of leaving behind this great legacy of pure awesomeness (because the team was broken up either way right?) and focus on aircraft racing something both falco and fox loved while still making a living. Where does that leave the next star fox? by my book that should have been the ending of everything, or am i missing something here???
I always felt the default ending was too depressing and with so many other endings to choose from, it left me feeling with mixed emotions. I didn't know whether to feel triumphant or depressed. Supposedly it's the last game in the series, so if that's true, we're either getting a reboot or the next game takes place during this game and finally gives us an ending.
it's really hard to reboot it, I mean most people are adapted with the current star fox universe, that means, including Krystal, and Nintendo considers Adventures and Assault as canon, but as you, say it's what most fans want, but Nintendo never hears what fans want, and do what they want to, they may consider some ideas though..
Krystals ship is Cloud Runner. Nice nod to Star Fox Adventures. In the endings where she dumps Fox and gets shunned by Star Wolf, she got what she deserved. Dash ending. Wow, I was the bad guy the whole time. Slippys ending. Wait! That's it? A few levels and he quits, just like that? Falcos ending. He was right the whole time. Fox and Falco. F-Zero. No further comment. The music played on specific endings did make it seem like SF64 all over again. We need a sequel to this.
in f-zero there is a character named James McCloud who is the exact same as the star-fox counter part except human. his racing machine also looks like a arwing. in the manual it says: "James McCloud is a hired ranger, and leader of galaxy dog. he remodeled his space fighter into an F-Zero machine. McCloud is in this Grand Prix for one reason-money." because of this i was not really surprised by this ending. (i checked the manual of F-Zero X before posting)
Man I can see it now...Star Fox is in danger then you hear "FALCON....PAWNCH!!!" outta no where and Capt. Falcon saves the day and teams up with them in his Falcon Flyer. Damn that would be epic.

I think ending 5,6,& 8 make for a good follow up game. 8 barley makes it though.

If Nintendo decides to make a sequel to Commands, they should continue the Marcus timeline, the Star Falco timeline or the G-Zero timeline

Sweet memories of playing this entire goddamn game too many times because certain pathways split up and reconverge at the same point as other paths, leading to getting an ending you already got. I remember it being mainly that crap with Wolf and Fox on Sol that really got my gander. Also, even though the entire plot was a little too focused on Fox and Krystal (this coming from a Fox/Krsytal shipper back when I was 12 or whatever), ending 2 is the best. Not only do the two foxes finally decide to settle down and have an actual romance instead of sexual tension, but all their kids meet up with fuckin' old ass Old Snake Falco. That shit was awesome and no one can tell me otherwise.
I don't care what any of the endings in this are. Fox and Krystal got together and nintendo can friggin deal with it. XD.
Starside Studios that's what reboots are for (reboot=start a series over meaning everything that happened just went POOF, it's all gone and never happened, now a ret-con is when something that was originally canon soon becomes uncanon while the series isn't rebooted, if correct big the cat from sonic is currently ret conned...)

I loved ending #9. a definate nod to F-Zero GX's James McCloud. it seamed the Star Fox and F-Zero games are very much linked to one another.

I never played this game, but hearing all these different endings really makes me think about life. How it can go in different ways, how our actions can really change how our lives go from there, how we can gain and lose things that we love and how we can change into different people. It's rather existential once you think about it. I think my favourite ending is the one where Fox and Krystal have a kid, because it shows Star Fox living on through a new generation.
Ending 3 was bull. She never even liked panther. Star Wolf? Nah.

ending 7 made me kind of sad, imagine growing old to tell your grandkids your stories, and that music makes it so sad. Imagine wondering what your friends that you haven't seen for decades are doing specially in the vast cosmos, imagine looking back at your journey as you are in the final stage of laying the pencil down in your life.

If you think back to any series that had a game with multiple endings, they either ran with the "best ending" the most neutral ending, or the status quo was preseved and they didn't use any of the endings.

Yeah slippy being old just doesn't sit right with me so that ending was one of the saddest ones for me the fact that he was still thinking about the crew and never talked to his pals again.

The further events in Star Fox Command depend on the player's choices, and no ending nor route is canon according to Dylan Cuthbert, who headed Star Fox Command's development
I'll add one tidbit here; that's true, and if you want definite certainty, then that's as much as you'll get. But you had to follow one specific path with only one ending first time around, which ultimately led to Ending 3. So if they finally get around to making a continuation to the story, it will likely continue where Fox is alone and Krystal is with Star Wolf. :/

Ending 6 is a very good set up for a sequel with a new villain in place and a conflict already beginning. I think Nintendo made this game so that the fans could see which ending they liked the best and go from there. Dash would be a great villain and in that screen shot you could see death in his eyes *shiver* XD
I only agree with endings 1, 2, 5, and 6
1. and 5. It doesn't make it obvious, but the next Star Fox game could still work, and it still gives that happy ending.
2. Wile this time line marks the end of the Star Fox we know, it dose open up the possibility for a new Star Fox team.
6. Wile the ending dose creep me out a little, it is the perfect ending to allow the next Star Fox game.

Unless they say otherwise, it IS part of the saga, but likely to remain last in the timeline so people can decide for themselves which ending actually happens.
Quite a few references have been made between star fox and f-zero in f-zero x there is a character named James Mccloud who looks alot like Fox's dad. And there is also a character named leon who looks like Wolf. Now Fox and Falco enter in a futuristic race called G-zero which is an obvious f-zero reference.

XD As I recall, Fox became a pilot to upkeep the memory of his father. Forget this game ever happened and make an RPG style Star Fox. Moving around the whole Lylat system freely, all the original planets, Dinosaur planet, etc. Customizable Arwings, outfits, etc. Same characters.

he was like 19 in 64 and this game took place years later but not THAT MANY years later xD
So if we were to tie all ends together, slippy lived a very good life with lots of kids, telling tales of how he flew with possibly the best team in the galaxy and being adored by their children, peppy was the general and also lived a very full life with his daughter lucy and always thinking of their mother.
krystal joined star wolf and never looked back at star fox team because fox told her it was dangerous for her to keep going with the team ( sad i know) and she was seemed as a traitor basically everywhere she goes for betraying star fox team, so she moved to another galaxy and changed her named to Kursed, she probably had a job as a bounty hunter or something like that, and much much more later on in life she met fox in a planet.
Fox was devastated of what had happened everyday thinking of krystal, the woman he fought to save back in Sauria (and the planet itself) so many days passed fox barely ate and lost countless hours of sleep, until falco had the idea of leaving behind this great legacy of pure awesomeness (because the team was broken up either way right?) and focus on aircraft racing something both falco and fox loved while still making a living.
Where does that leave the next star fox? by my book that should have been the ending of everything, or am i missing something here???
I always felt the default ending was too depressing and with so many other endings to choose from, it left me feeling with mixed emotions. I didn't know whether to feel triumphant or depressed.
Supposedly it's the last game in the series, so if that's true, we're either getting a reboot or the next game takes place during this game and finally gives us an ending.

it's really hard to reboot it, I mean most people are adapted with the current star fox universe, that means, including Krystal, and Nintendo considers Adventures and Assault as canon, but as you, say it's what most fans want, but Nintendo never hears what fans want, and do what they want to, they may consider some ideas though..

Krystals ship is Cloud Runner. Nice nod to Star Fox Adventures. In the endings where she dumps Fox and gets shunned by Star Wolf, she got what she deserved.

The music played on specific endings did make it seem like SF64 all over again. We need a sequel to this.
in f-zero there is a character named James McCloud who is the exact same as the star-fox counter part except human. his racing machine also looks like a arwing. in the manual it says: "James McCloud is a hired ranger, and leader of galaxy dog. he remodeled his space fighter into an F-Zero machine. McCloud is in this Grand Prix for one reason-money." because of this i was not really surprised by this ending. (i checked the manual of F-Zero X before posting)
