One biscuit is probably made with buttermilk and the other maybe with sweet milk. Makes difference in the taste and one looks almost like a drip biscuit and the other a cut out. They may have used butter in the buttery biscuit instead of shortening also. I’ve never ate there but I’ve been wanting to try it out. Your review has convinced me to go. Thanks.
