I've never seen a crowd like that at a buffet. That was quite a site to see all the cars lined up down the highway! They did seem to have a nice looking. salad bar, with lots of selections. It is a day for giving thanks for all our blessings, especially from the Lord and our military. My wife and I were planning on going to a local restaurant who has a nice buffet, but her nephew and niece insisted we come over for Thanksgiving. Your meals looked very satisfying and the price very reasonable ! I'm glad you enjoyed your meal, and always nice to enjoy time with your family, your always so hospitable and kind to your subscribers. After everyone went through it was just like a normal buffet. The food is great but the reason for the holiday is to give the Lord thanks for all of our many blessings. He is so good to us. Glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving with your family. Normally we are home on Thanksgiving but decided to plan a getaway this year. Judy Boone’s was a great choice. Wonderful staff there too. We love gravy too. In fact I was planning on using some gravy from the potatoes for the turkey. But the turkey was so moist and flavorful it didn’t need it. Best turkey I’ve had from a buffet. I did think they should have had gravy next to the turkey instead of just with the potatoes on the other bar.
Great video guys! Cindy mentioned “city ham.” What is city ham vs country ham? Do they have a time limit in which you need to finish eating? It seems like they need to. Carly was ready to go to the rifle range since she had her ear muffs with her again. Ha ha Did they have frog legs? 😜🤔
Country ham is dry-cured and city ham is wet-cured. Country ham has a very salty taste. There was a sign up that said to keep your dining to two hours or less. Carly and all the teenagers are ready for the riffle range at any time. No frog legs on the buffet. 🐸
There use to be a seafood place called the Ghost ship at Murrells inlet, they had a little moat near the entrance with an alligator in it, lol. Great seafood buffet. Do you know if it's still there?
Much of the food that is served in a restaurant comes in prepared and frozen. The restaurant just has to thaw and serve it. Employees have too much prep to do, they don’t have time to home prepare what they serve. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!🦃!

The food is very bland. The wife and I live up the street and have been twice and both times very disappointed. I know it’s not a popular opinion but it’s a honest opinion. I’m guessing if you aren’t used to good food you will be pleased with this food. The meat loaf is more oatmeal than meat the mashed potatoes are instant 😮. We will pass.
Overall we were pleased with Judy Boone's. We stated in the video that the potatoes were instant and we do prefer homemade mashed potatoes. However, David enjoyed the meatloaf at Judy Boone's. It's like I often say in the videos this was our experience on this specific day. We appreciate you watching and commenting.
@ like I said this was our opinion. I never eat meat loaf I haven’t made but my wife always does and she was very disappointed. I enjoy the videos. Maybe I shouldn’t have commented but we don’t think it’s quality food for the price. Like I tell my wife it depends on if you’ve eaten good food. I’m the cook. 😆

@ I’m guessing for folk that don’t enjoy cooking good homemade food it’s probably pretty good. I cook everyday for my wife and share with my neighbors. We also enjoy going out and trying new things. We also travel and enjoy trying new places. We are usually disappointed in the quality of food. We have tried some of the places you have recommended in our area and enjoyed some of them. The ones that usually don’t disappoint are back road hamburger and hotdog joints. I’m retired but my wife isn’t yet but will be soon and then we will be free to explore more places.

Don’t eat the salad at a buffet. You can have salad anytime. Go for the seafood, prime rib, frog legs, and chicken.
