If you only had 1 of that heart type i think it would either not make a minion at all or take the damage on the heart to the left of it and spawn a minion because otherwise you would get hit, lose that heart and it turns into a minion then when the room is done it would turn into the heart again giving you the health back but thats not how it works idk how it would work actually

For example, if you have two immoral, one black, then three immoral, only those first three immoral hearts will jump out and attack. The other two won't attack until the black heart in front of them is lost.
i never thought about the discs being jojo references but it actually works really well and makes sense. not like the devs are against references considering there are stuff like Omori and Slay the Spire references in some of the items/trinkets

All i left is 1 wery good run with Samson on deli through dark room and mega satan, some runs on Appolyon, pretty much all the marks on Lilith (But not the beast and greed mod tho(i still dont know how the heck i defeated beast, but c section worth it)) and do deli with Beth. Like, how am i supposed to complete the entire list of lilith, when game will be even harder?

So you basically need to have your health in a pattern like black-immortal-black-immortal to not lose it all
