8:50 looks like the big battery actually *did* give you some Divine Remnants charges, but only like 3/4 pips. (Unless you went and did a few rooms in that cut)
Neither are a exactly a "problem". It's just that a randomized game is REALLY hard to get through with a character that literally dies in one hit. specially with huts constantly taking the "get better item" over having shield.

I want to see a run where you have no treasure rooms but you start with moms key and guppies tail, play as the lost and get perfection for even more chests
Eye of belial has to be the most overrated isaac item. It's good but in all honesty it's just a slightly worse version of death touch in most cases. It does have an amazing synergy with God head and is really fun with stuff like sad onion.
