In relation to your "Meredith be like *noises*" thing, in the captions on firebringer, they're described really weirdly and it's amazing. One I remember was something on the lines of "*sad deflating balloon noise*"
Yessss and with Molag it’s "Robot noises" it’s adorable! the captions of SK shows often have great jokes :)
"I wanted a salad but now I have a child" made me laugh way harder than it really should have
Conclusion: Dylan's characters are amazing and he plays them all so well
Fun Fact: The reason Dumbledore was reading off of a legal pad was Dylan didn't memorize that part! I never would have guessed it wasn't planned!

That scene between her and Paul made me ship them so hard! That and someone commenting on another ranking video saying that whenever Paul is with someone else, especially Emma that he is protective made the ending so shocking!

also can we talk about how Firebringer really depicted so many different growth and learning journeys and the different ways people can react so well?? Grunt and Emberly discover flavour mixing and painting together, and respond with pure awe; Ducker learns that blind faith won't always lead him to the best result, and at first he denies that he was wrong, and tries to cope by worshipping the fire, but in the end he finds comfort in encouraging the love within the tribe; Tiblyn learns not to define her self worth through one singular thing, and while the realisation affects her greatly, she comes out stronger; and while jazzalil's contrasting reactions to fire (impulsively cautious and impulsively reckless) are really a main focus, discovering their feelings for each other and how they handle them is also a theme (jemilla just wants to protect zazzalil, but fails to make her intent explicit, resulting in misunderstanding, but in the end she learns to vocalise her thoughts and feelings; zazzalil, on the other hand, learns to listen to others and especially jemilla, and grows to admire her and her dedication). That highkey became an essay but I felt the need to say that--
Firebringer isn't perfect, but it brought us some great characters and storylines

I totally agree. My opinion is very different, for one thing Jemilla has always made me want to rip my hair out (so does firebringer) and I took sooooo much pleasure watching Zazzalil wack her with a stick. And I hate Becky, Tom is talking about the fact he lost his wife not too long ago and Becky's just abusing that fact he's hurting
Also these are just my opinions everyone has different opinions and Im always openminded about peoples opinions, epecially bc people have been very nice about the fact I hate firebringer (not the duck though, He is lord) Thanks for reading my rant love ya'll

It is actually beautiful when you used the names of the characters in trail to Oregon so sincerely.
All I can say as a result of this video is that Starkid's script writing is *amazing* (not being specific cos it's not always the Lang brothers, even if it is mostly them): the humour is SO good, and they always manage to find the unexpected jokes. The drama is just... Like, Becky's monologue just comes out of *nowhere* and it's one of the most compelling pieces of theatre I've ever seen. And as for the acting/singing/choreography.... That speaks for itself.
Honestly, I agree with the ranking. But I also wanted Linda, Draco, Paul, and Akhmed... it would be a very hard decision for me to rank them
I'm glad you included Becky and Tom in your list. I recently saw Black Friday and instantly loved their connection and chemistry between each other.
I was surprised not many people liked them compared to other Hatchetfield characters on their lists. Their duet is definitely my favourite song in not just the musical, but the whole franchise.
I'm glad I'm not the only who loves them not just as a couple, but as characters too.

But anyway, yes, love all of these characters!! My list is probably wayyy different but I literally am incapable of picking a favorite character in most of these shows (my favorite character in Black Friday, for example, is All Of Them) so I'm just gonna enjoy yours.
