LolaPaola - The song is about the main character Gertrud(a young woman)and her nickname is "Sparvöga" or "Sparroweye" in english. She got that nickname from her grandpa because of her clear look. It is a tv-series in 6 parts that was broadcast on Swedish television -89 and is based on a novel in three parts written by Ann-Charlotte Alverfors and came out: "Sparvöga" 1975, "Hjärteblod" 1976 and "Snabelros" 1977.

Para hacer esto que acabo de describir no solamente tienes que ser una cantante estudiada -entrenada en el canto- sino también debes de llevar ese talento musical pululando en la sangre y, Marie Fredriksson cada vez que abría la boca para cantar a nadie dejaba indiferente. Por eso es que para mí -no sé qué opina usted- Marie Fredriksson era una _"pavarotta"._

According to Wikipedia it was recorded in March 1989. It really is beautiful. Still great, even if it is quite old by now. :)
I know... Just so beautiful. I still love her voice now, I just wish she could still sing some of those higher notes again. Need to get lyrics and put them into google to see what the song is talking about. Sounds sad.
