Why did I cry in the end 😭 The narration and music just welled me up. It has been a whole year since I have sketched anything. Most of it because of unavoidable life circumstances and depression. I keep trying to remind myself of this. It’s like I’m afraid to use my sketchbooks in case it’s not good enough to show anyone, but it’s not like I’d be showing anyone anyway. It’s so hard to let go and make a mess, but maybe this coming year I’ll finally be able to do it! (Also, what is that larger black sketchbook at the end with gold rings that you used to plan? It looks so nice!)

What a wonderful inspiring video! I use my sketchbook but not as often. I believe it is better to get used to before a big painting. Im trying to figure out maybe a couple of them going on without pressure, depending on my goals. Life gets in the middle at times, so I have to stop and then pick up from where I left, but keep going. You are just amazing! I wish you all the best and much more for this year! Love the sketchbook videos. A SB can even be a published book like my Urantia Book. I’ve been drawing in it for 30 years. Hard to fill because it has over 2000 pages! Its 2/3 full working on that last third.

Hello and good evening Jess. I am one of your subscribers. I think I have been watching you for about a year OR TWO now give or take. I would like to ask you for a request if you can make a video of your beginnings of your original art journey of your artwork compared to now and how far you have come in your progress. To me honestly I feel like you are the best watercolor artist on youtube personally my honest opinion, I say this because I have watched many many RUclipsrs when it comes to this medium that I truly love so much. I love watercolor it is my favorite medium by far to work with. I TRULY LOVE ART WITH A PASSION. I used to draw and things of that nature when I was a young child and into my late-teens. Got older and became an adult acquired responsibilities and I stopped I regret doing so so much now. Look up a couple of years ago now,I have gotten back into it, giving motivation to All My children to love art as well. I struggle to get the materials that I really need to do the art, but I do what I can and I'm still happy with what I have to be able to create beautiful artworks as much as possible. My daughter became a super incredible sketching, drawing and painting artist on any surface possible like yourself, just a few years ago, and she's only 14 years old, after I introduced her then to the wonderful world of art mainly drawing and painting seriously on how wonderful it is she really likes to watch your channel is well with me,. I've acquire the interest quite quickly a little while ago in watching and wanting to do many gouache paintings as well. I can't say enough about it as well ,that you do among other great RUclipsrs like yourself. So very beautiful and fun. I really would love to have two sets of the gouache to do also alongside my daughter who really likes your channel so that we can create beautiful , fun, and inspiring works of art with it as well. All of your videos makes want want to try all of your projects, and positively influences others I'm sure definitely including myself and my daughter also to create from your great ideas. This is truly my favorite video of yours of all time I think, because all of the completely positive motivation to start and to keep going if you have started already and to do the best of what's in your heart that is good when it comes to the creativity that comes with making art!!! 🎨🖌️.

You're sooo! Right!! Have fun! I never worry about how good my drawings look. Im doing my personal best. I don't drW for a living, so i have no one to impress. But myself. I don't care what others think of them (drawings). I my draw 30 minutes or hours. I have been drawing for 60 years, i'm 70 years old now. I feel in love with it and thats along time. Longer than my marriage lasted😂
