Hi, first of all thank you so much for trusting the recipe. Yes, the baking time increases as per weight and Tin size. I baked this in a 9* 3 loaf tin. If the surface are is less then it would take more time and vice versa. The recipe can be easily multiplied.

No, as olive oil has a particular smell and this might effect the flavour. So try to use any oil which don't have smell and taste. You can use melted butter as well. Make sure to omit salt if using salted butter.

I am going to bake this cake as soon as I can tomm morning. Can I replace the yogurt with eggs? 2? And veg oil with any other oil or olive oil? As my kid is allergic to hydrogenated veg.oil and all dairy products. But eggs is ok.
Thanks Kiran :) If you are using eggs, then 3 eggs will do also omit baking soda and make Baking powder as 2 tsps. You can use a light olive oil which has less aroma or u can take 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce or 1/2 cup of fruit puree in place of oil.

Whip cream cheese, Little butter, some orange juice and zest and sugar. The frosting is ready. Or you can also use chocolate ganache with some orange juice and zest.

You can add milk in place of yoghurt, but the yoghurt makes it more moist and fluffy

No, as curd would react with Baking soda and make the cake fluffy and moist.
