It looks wonderful, but i think i'd have to reduce the sugar because condensed milk is extremely sweet. This would make a lovely cake for tea time.
I'm thinking along the same lines... I haven't decide whether to substitute the condensed milk with heavy cream/evaporated milk or keep the condensed milk and omit the half cup of sugar ... I guess I'll have to try the different options !
Omit/reduce the sugar. U need the milk as a sub for the rich flavour of eggs n butter. Oil is used as the sub for butter when blending but tbh it lacks that ‘butteryness’.

Thank you mam for the cake recipe but don't suggest your viewers to use A4 size paper instead of baking paper because A4 size paper is not food grade Moreover it's extremely bleached

I added two eggs (must be beaten not blended), reduced the amount of oil, omitted the half cup of sugar, added some strawberries to the mix ... and the result was delicious! the ratios are great, my cake is moist and tender. I decorated with white sugar and strawberries.
