I’ve been vegan for 21 years and I have to let you know that your meal ideas are an inspiration! I have tried many of your recipes and truly enjoyed them.
@Creative Earthy Mom by Lanellsia they are flexitarian. My husband became vegan about 8 years ago though.
Question, did it change your health for the better?! Everything working to a T? Asking bc I’m considering due to health issues
My health improved and I lost weight. I rarely get sick. For my husband, he stopped having to take sinus medication.

Kim we need more of these! I’m not vegan and I’m seriously considering this lifestyle ( definitely more plant based foods 3-4 times a week) These videos give me life and let me know I can do this❤
You can add a flaxseed/water mixture to replace 1 egg. Use 1 tblsp flaxseed meal to 3 tblsp water an let it sit a few minutes until it turns "eggy" like and add to your baked goods recipe

Your what I eat in a week have really inspired me to eat wwwaaayyy more vegan dishes than not. I don’t want to force it on my family but they have been open to it. Next time you do the cornbread try coconut milk in the can to replace the egg for all baking needs. I found applesauce gives it that crumbly texture. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! Peace

Getting your cookbook is a must as soon as i get moved. You were my Inspiration for going Plant Based/Vegan. And you're on my Top 5 Favorite Vegan Influencers. I've learned alot since changing to Plant Based and each one of my Favorite Vegan Influencer's videos have helped me change my eating habits for the better and i feel much Healthier and alot Better than before i transitioned to a Plant Based Lifestyle. I Luv some Lemon Ginger Green Tea by Stash and Tazo. Now the Quinoa i haven't tried. It look like little bug eggs or something. I cringe looking at it 😮 😮.

My favorite vlogs! I love getting new ideas for plant based meals! I'm not a huge fan of the red lentil pasta, but it is a good option. And I want to cook more with the different types of mushrooms. There's a grocery store chain near me called Central Market, and they have about every edible mushroom you can think of.

I also tried a package of plant based steak in a pouch, Korean based of course. I heated it up in the microwave, had it with some rice, it was delicious!
