    Ps what is Excel homes design team doing? From wall papers selection to color of faucets, door handle, cabinet handles 3 different colors in each bathrooms? Like seriously, what is going on???😂

      Haha, yes this one was a bit…eclectic on the taste by Excel. Regardless of which, I think the option for the layout they’re offering with Newbrook is definitely valued especially considering the prices up against Cardel and Homes by Avi in that area.
      By the way, how’s the new build process going?

      @@lifeincalgaryab makes sense, and new home is coming along nicely. We finalized everything with the design center. And overall extremely pleased by the final selection and pricing offered to us. You will definitely be in our house warming party invitation list 🙂. Now we are waiting for the city permit to start digging. But I still think we are 11 months away. Which I am personally okay with, considering rates and stuff. But it is crazy to see, how fast these homes are being built in the area! 😳

      Love hearing that! I’ve checked in with my clients last week and they’ve said the same thing. Experience has been very good for the time being.
      Crazy enough, they’re going to build out the SW very quickly. Considering the carrying cost for builders in this high interest environment, it’s to their benefit to have a high turn over to park their money in the next home or project. You picked a great location!
