  • In this video Scott goes over the differences between, and uses for, the ASAP and ASAP Lock rope grabs.
    Scott Backes, representing Petzl Work and Rescue, came into our showroom for some hands on training. We filmed a series of quick tutorials, explanations and demonstrations of different rescue and climbing techniques using the great gear from Petzl.

    What carbiners are used with the ASAP sorbers?

    What about roofers that already have anchors on the peaks? Will it still trail while the rope is lying on the pitched roof? Really don’t wanna spend money an another arrest device that doesn’t work for my circumstance.

      No, it doesn’t trail going down. The line needs to be weighted down on the opposite end.
