Dude I’ve struggled with confidence my entire life but have come a long way over the recent years. A lot of it for me has simply been making the move anyway, regardless of how feel
This is almost exactly what I did. One addition, accept the worse case. Often we are SO afraid that X will happen and we haven’t actually walked through the ramifications. Often it’s no more than “I will have bad feelings”. Accpet that you can deal with some bad feelings! Once you accept that the worse thing that can happen from, for instance, making that call is bad feelings, and have decided that it’s not that big a deal, you can stop worrying about it. It’s AMAZING what we avoid just not to have some temporary emotion run through us. Be willing to feel whatever you have to feel to get what you want and free yourself.
Failing is just data…. How many of us tie failing at something with failing as a human being? But if we look at failing as data, then we did not fail as being human beings. Wow! I love that. I absolutely tie failing at anything with my self worth. No more. Powerful!
🌟 Dive into this video for a powerful guide on building confidence-the key to success in any field. From making and keeping commitments to harnessing the power of belief, each step is a practical gem. The wrestling analogy brilliantly illustrates how to embrace failure as a stepping stone, not a setback. Ready to elevate your confidence and conquer challenges? This video is your roadmap! 🚀

SAME!!!! Im so emotional right now.
Same for me! Step #2 is the truth! Keep your commitments to yourself and you’ll feel more confident.
Confidence comes from competence. Competence comes from keeping commitments and small daily consistant steps towards your goals.
1.Stop lying to yourself
2. Make and keep your commitments
3. Believe
4. Physiology/state
5. Failing does not equal being a failure

Feels like your finding your voice. I enjoy this tone and content. Straight to the point, no fluff, unapologetic.
