Definitely giving it a shot. Has everyone luck with using this method? My '10 Forester has heat coming out of one vent. I pray this works. I will keep you posted.
May daughter's 2009 Forester was about the same. Did the same procedure on hers last weekend. Flushed all kinds old garbage out of there. Now wondering if someone ran head gasket sealer though the system. Her issue was mostly solved, the right side center console vent still only blows luke warm which tells me that there's still blockage. Previous it was cold. Thanks for the video.
I have heard of people having success after multiple flushes. There are also “flushing” products to clean/clear it out. I bought one but didn’t end up using it. Good luck.

Great Video. Just fixed my Forester using it, saved a fortune! Thanks.
Thanks!
My 2010 Outback started leaking coolant from under the dash.
Possibly time for a new core. Supposedly very easy to change. Good luck.
