Cool one
Hey mat, super off topic from this video, but I was wondering what kind of grips you wore when you did Ring Muscle ups?
Pre-ordered by copy. These look delicious; but confused on how to get the cooked sweet potatoes...I'm pretty bad in the kitchen, need all the help I can get
I had some leftover baked sweet potatoes from dinner the night before. Just wrapped in foil and baked in the oven at 425 for 40 minutes or until soft.
How do they go being pre made and reheated? Any good?
Replacement for all purpose flour? Coconut flour maybe?
The recipe hasn't been tested with an alternative and coconut / almond flour need to be adjusted with additional liquid. Hard to say a sub without testing.
@@MatFraserHWPOTraining maybe something for the next cookbook to add some substitutes lol thanks for the response I’ll give it a try
