- This video is an updated list of the top ten most powerful/ best Bows in Kingdom Come Deliverance. This list is a followup to viewer suggestions and comments on my previous video. Due to that input, this list is based solely of each weapons max damage output, and the weapons are ranked accordingly without any other variables. I first show each weapon, and visually critique them, and then i go through the stats of each weapon.

Great guide and I agree with the results. There's just a big "if" with this way of making a list - As described it's based solely on "power" and don't mention the rate of fire on the bows.
If the bow is used in competitions or on horseback the Sinew bow isn't the best choice. In a competition the bow have to be "fast shotting" and you/I will not win with the Sinew or Yew bows (testet multible times on the DLC "From the Ashes" shotting range with the best opponents in HQ mode). If you/I hits perfect with all arrows and a opponent do the same, the winner is the one who shots all the arrows fastets!
I have testet the rate of fire on 8 bows (not only the top 10 in "power"). The bows are testet with full healt and max stats (strength, agility ex).
Result of "rate of fire" with 10 Better hunting arrows:
Sinew bow: 61 sec
Yew longbow: 60 sec
Yew hunting bow: 57 sec
Cuman bow (best out of four cuman bows): 52 sec
Ash hunting bow: 52 sec
Dogwood hunting bow: 51 sec
Capon's hunting bow: 43 sec
Villager's ash bow: 43 sec
Notes:
* The Sinew bow is the best bow to kill peoble and big animals. With the power of 82 and better piercing arrow this bow will easily damage enemys in full armour.
* The Yew longbow have the power of 77. This is the most powerfull bow if you don't have the DLC "From the Ashes" that unlocks the Sinew bow.
* The Yew hunting bow only have 64 in power and are slower then the cuman bow with 74 power.
* The Cuman bow is actually a great bow with high power (74). It shots fast and make alot of damage. Perfect bow if you want to use a bow on horseback.
* The Ash hunting bow (57 power) is a fine bow. The time is very close to the testet cuman bow, and this bow have much less power than the cuman bow.
* The Dogwood hunting bow (59 power) is a fine bow. The time is very close to the testet cuman bow, and this bow have much less power than the cuman bow.
* The Capon's hunting bow is a great bow for hunting animals and participate in competitions ("Chumps" ex).
* The Villager's ash bow just sucks and "nosedive" really fast.
My personal favorites are:
Warbow: Sinew
On horseback: Cuman bow with 74 power
Hunting and in competitions: Capon's hunting bow

I wish we could build the stables and the guard house both. Maybe even a bath house. considering we are in the dirty woods.
I agree, especially about the bathhouse, you spend a day in Pribyslavitz and then you have to go all the way to Ledetchko to get clean.
On hardcore it really sucks. Especially at the end of the game. At the siege. Before you talk to Eric.
Yeah, hardcore does tend to make every little annoyance a total ordeal.
Yes I know lol. I just beat it with all 9 debuffs, and found 90 shrines to boot.

II love all the cuman bows, they have a lighter look to them, and more elegance as well.But I also really like the sturdy look of the longbows.

Kill Cumans in the Hold Up locations. It is the only way to find it.
I could do a guide, but Acts 13:41 is right, finding and killing Cumans is the only way to get that bow. With that in mind, however, i am planning on doing a guide for the best locations/places for Hold Ups/Attacks in the Road.

Cuman bows all the way, even the 62 damage one can still one shot high level enemies with visored helmet.
I'm 3 years late but youre the only channel I like watching for KCD guides.
The Cuman bow with 74 is by far best if you ever consider using it from a horseback- which you have to when playing in Hardcore mode.
After trying some of the less powerful Cuman bows (e.g. 64) I found I prefer reload speed over raw power. On anybody who isn't wearing quality plate or brigandine, this "medium" Cuman bow can already oneshot them with a shot to the chest, and on opponents who *are* wearing this better armor you'll often need multiple arrows even with something better. Since drawspeed is largely inversely proportional to power, there is a point where going overkill hurts you since if you miss or are facing multiple opponents you won't be able to get off as many shots even if the first guy hits the ground hard. Assuming you're poisoning your arrows with bane or dollmaker, odds are you won't miss the extra damage much anyway since these bows are already sufficient to proc the status effect a lot of the time.
I never thought the non cuman bowd had different models. To me I thought it was re-skins.
They are all pretty similar, but there are minor differences.

I rank the cuman Bow above the longbow because of faster fire rate. Enemies die in one hit by the time you can use it.
Agreed 100%. Even the 62 damage Cuman bow can outperform the Sinew longbow. Draw speed over damage.
Does anyone know where to get the cuman decorated sabre? ,,Played through the Game anderen didnt even find one.. by the way what Outfits do you Guys Limit yourself to? I want to ne able to Take some Hits but Plate Armor makes me feel overpowerd..
Stick with an Aachen Brigandine, thats a good start.

There are many arrows to use with these bows. To be honest I limit myself to better hunting and better long distance arrows. Have you a different view than this?
Generally speaking i use Better Piercing Arrows, but those two are some others that i use quite a bit.
@@Dare_To_Game also get a high alchemy level and making 16 bajillion sleeping potions and lacing the arrows with it
@@anduro7448 Do enemies hit with that fall asleep on the spot? I use dollmaker and it's really funny to turn them into zombies ripe for punishment. Also gives an easy way to tell if the status effect actually proc'd.

Yeah, its a hard choice, because i do really like the new horses, but i also like having a super OP bow to use.
Dare To Game yes it was really fun to have choices but it’s alright because I love horses and as you pointed out, the Cuman bows work well for mounted combat. Next play through I’ll build the guards quarters.
I usually use the 74 power Cuman bow. The Sinew Bow seems to pull to the right for me, which I found annoying.
