Dear Sir, I saw your review of the Honda Elevate and I agree with your assessment. You have given a detailed and balanced evaluation of the car. I also bought this car 10 days ago, the Zx CVT model with some dealer accessories. I am very impressed with the exterior design of the car, which is muscular and attractive. The interior is minimalist and elegant, and I think it will not look outdated for a long time. The car has many safety features, such as ADAS 2.0, which work well in different scenarios. The driving experience is comfortable and smooth, with a linear acceleration that is ideal for traffic conditions. The seats are well-cushioned and spacious, especially in the second row. I enjoy being driven in the back seat for a night out. The LED headlights with auto beam feature are sharp and powerful, and they can compete with the best German cars. The UI on the Elevate is smooth, lag-free, responsive, and user-friendly, with physical buttons for the most important functions like volume and home screen. I am very happy with my purchase and I think Honda has done a great job in India with this car.

Completely agree. In my test drive I also felt same. finally cancelled my SELTOS HTX IVT in favour of Elevate ZX CVT. I believe with time we stop using features that much .. but the core of the car - which is engine, driving dynamics, safety and reliability always matters.
I really believe that people today are looking for a lot of features in cars but neglecting the fundamental features like comfort and reliability and the most important driving feel.
Very true.. Features will keep on enhancing from year to year. I consider Engine as long term investment. I booked Verna earlier just for aesthetic but when I looked at Elevate I simply cancelled Verna and is now waiting for coming Thursday for the delivery of my Elevate!
to me Kushaq feels like a small car.. not spacious. Not reliable as Honda and also 1 litre engine (with noise) would have turbo lag in city driving, where I drive 95%.
Since 2000 we have been brand loyal to Honda and have not switched to any other brand since then. What Honda offers is a smile on your face when you drive it which no other brand can match. It may be a bit low on features but the driving experience it offers will make you forget everything.
My experience with Honda is amazing… driving Jazz since 2012…crossed 1.1lac kms but still people say that is it a new car? Agree with the point that Honda offers reliability and very low in maintenance.

Few comments here- 1. The only 2 cars in this segment having 5 star rating is Kushaq n Taigun, with Elevate coming in at the same level sooner. 2. Now at the pricepoint of Elevate with all features and maximum security no other brand is offering their all features. So hands down the Elevate is the most value for money car. 3. As Honda is known for its reliablity with its proven iVTEC engine its much more a safe bet compared to Kushaq which is having some or the other issue either with cooling, door rattling noise, infotainment issue, smaller cabin size and expensive service. Pl do check other videos on RUclips. 4. Premiumness is always a relative factor. The more you pay the more premium features you get and one fine day some other brand will offer better features and premium feel than Kushaq n Seltos. Therefore this has no sense, utility and reliability should be of utmost importance.
Good review...honda was late in launching the car...i visited showroom and saw the car..i really loved it and interior looked premium...wish the car does well in the market...
Yours is a smart video review. A lot of new car buyers i.e., first time car buyers, or those who have got exposed to driving only in India, miss the nuances you have mentioned in the video. At the end of the day what matters is how far and how safely will a car take you without needing to worry. I have owned a Honda car for close to 15 years and have till date not faced a breakdown, not even in electronics. After all these years, still feels and runs like new. If you want to own a “lambi race ka ghoda”, consider the points mentioned in this video. Comparing with features that are not essential or can be retrofitted from the market is hardly useful when it comes to true ownership value.
I have just taken test drive of Honda Elevate CVT and Seltos HTX and Seltos have nailed it I guess. Still I would have gone for Elevate Vx but it has missing 6 air bags. I think people who are talking about Elevate are only talking about Zx version because missing 6 air bags is a bummer these days.
Great video. Strong delivery. Patiently went through important points. I agree, elevate is the middle ground some people were looking for though I still think German twins, even 1.0 provide a little bit better power just because they have turbo or to put it nicely German twins feel livelier or more like have power on tap while honda NA pushes itself to reach that power (not underpowered, just feel different due to different characteristics of engine type). That would be my opinion. I test drove - kushaq, taigun and elevate. But definitely elevate should be sufficient for most. Thankyou for a good and detailed video.
Great insights. I have been wavering between opting for a 1.5NA or a 1.5T. I had a feeling that 1.5T would be too much for me and I don't really need it. Thanks for explaining the i-VTec , I'm proceeding to test drive the Elevate. Thank you.
A detailed analysis of elevate and comparison study was excellent. Yes absolutely elevate is a balanced car and not feature oriented. Elevate is a car for peaceful drive and which can handle all of our Indian roads. Honda stands still on its quality for what they provide.
I am looking for petrol manual SUV, can you please help in ranking in terms of overall quality. 1) Creta 2) Elevate and 3) Kushaq with 1.5 turbo Considering all top with petrol manual
Good evening sir 🙏 after long time i have seen your honestly presentation on Skoda and Honda Elevate I am still in favour of Kushaq 1.5 DSG ..because of safety ratings. But as you said Honda may score 5 🌟 star ..by that time i keep hold my decisions..thank you for your Unique Content.
For the last week, have done test drive of 1) Nexon 2) Hyryder 3) Elevate 4) Taigun 5) Kushaq 6) Creta City:: Bangalore My requirement = AT(DCA/Turbo/DSG/CVT) a) Build quality (safety) b) Spacious cabin c) Cabin comfort d) Boot space My experience:: Build Quality :: Hands down = Taigun 2nd Best = Kushaq 3rd best = Hyryder 4th = Elevate I was disaapointed with build quality of Elevate, since i have Honda City & glanza I had some level to comlare, Honda just could have used even city's build quality, then it would have been better Engine performance:: 1) Hyryder 2) Tiagun/Kushaq (1.0 turbo) 3) Elevate 4) Creta 5) Nexon I disagree with most reviews that Honda Elevate is good At lower
After test driving elevate yesterday, i agree with what you say about the power. Once you're revving till 3 or 4k rpm then you feel the punch from the engine but at the same time the mileage drops drastically... The car is build different and its very driver friendly, very good visibility... Air-con works really well..
To be honest I test drived Elevate as well as Kushaq with 4 adults day before yesterday The premium feel and comfort with Kushaq, I was not getting in Elevate at all. My parents also had the same opinion. Then decided to book Kushaq with approx 1 Lac discount
to be very honest,,Kushaq looks like a crossover and a segment below and doesn’t have road presence as of Elevate..Elevate has more timeless design with a vintage look interior
@@shivamsahrawat10 Totally agreed with the point of Road Presence plus Honda's Reliability and Brand Value. But at the end of the day you have to drive the car not the people who will see your car. Your comfort, driving dynamics and premium feeling inside the car at the end of the day will make you happy not the road presence of the car
I had a lot of confusion. Elevate looks spacious and bulky from outside , but from inside its surprisingly small. Got a deal from Škoda 2L discount on 1.5 dsg. Booked !
Mine was opposite. Loved the driving in Kushaq but its interior just looked way too cheap with hard plastics everywhere. The seats felt lacklustre too. Elevate looked way more premium and spacious. Booked the elevate in the end.
In the long run, maintaining Skoda and VW cars can be quite expensive as spare parts are costly. While these cars offer a fun driving experience, it's important to consider the associated costs. In terms of reliability, Honda and Toyota are known for being among the best.
@autocritic, i believe on paper elevate have less milage compare to kushaq. I liked most of the things of elevate over kushaq 1.0, only confusion is milage. Could you please throw some light on this?
Elevate is an amazing offering from Honda. Beautifully designed, class leading GC and so many things going for it. But what i feel it is missing is a proper automatic offering. The CVT is very relaxed and laid back in throttle response. Another big drawback i see with honda City and Elevate is NVH package. It's just very poor especially compared to competition. I also disagree with your assessment on 1.0 TSI vs 1.5 ivtec. 0-100 figures may be same but the most usable powerband is midrange. 1.0 tsi has higher top speed as well. Honda does have 1 litre turbo but it is not getting it to Indian market and continues to sell the same engine and gearbox(cvt) for more than two decades now.
Honda name itself shows its performance, quality, reliability and drivability. If you've required no non sense features go for Honda. If you have required gimmick features then go for Seltos,Creta Honda always consider man max and machine minimum that's why boot space max. Even 220 mm ground clearance but there is no body rolls Bhai panromic pe mat jao, safety rating down ho jati hai, and it's required in europian countries. IVtec , CVT no comparison with Honda
I tried test drives of many cars in last 3 years, ended up buying elevate ZX MT, already driven 3500 kms, it is just perfect car ... name anything and elevate has it, except fancy features
But 1.0 TSI is turbocharged with 178 nm @1750 rpm and this one is 175 @4300 rpm, the revs are more as compared to VW, which also corresponds to less mileage and I wouldn’t rate Elevate above than 1.0 tsi (imo) Apart from this, it scores high on other things. What do you think?
I test drove the elevate and kushaq 1.0 mt back to back and bought elevate , My take is the 1.5 ivtec is better than 1.0 tsi , in terms of a all round engine The elevate has shorter gears for better mileage and the engine will easily do 60kmph at 6th gear and give you a mileage of 16 -17 , And if you want the engine gives you that power till 6600 or 7000 rpm , and its wide range and at 3-4 rpm itself the engine will do 90 -120 at a average highway mileage of 15-16 without making a sweat But the problem with the 1.0 tsi is that for better mileage you needs to be in the turbos rpm of 2000 - 5000 and after that the turbo will be limited , your gears need to be as correct as possible to not to lug the engine and better mileage Yes tsi will come with its midrange kick but it's rpm limited , and comes with a turbo, and even though tsi is a award winning engine, long term of 8-9 years the ivtec wins
Finally a proper review on cars in India. I agree the points. VW is good, strong thud feel but, its famous for electrical issues. Hyundai, still behind Japan's reliability. Japan made things may look simple and light but they are strong and durable. Here in Japan I still see base model cars used for more than decades with the same pride and not insecure about lack of features. Its about the person who ride and the brand you trust on safety and quality. More brands know our Indians want features like toy cars but adults know the value of car is almost a friend in machine.
Please make a detailed comparison review on Kia seltos 2023 and Honda elevate, as i am very much confused and not able to decide which one is best to buy considering all aspects... Thanks in advance
I drove both the cars (VW Taigun 1.0 L TSI and Honda Elevate 1.5 NA engine) on the same day but, Taigun's driving experience is way better than Elevate. Driving pleasure, seating comfort and both exterior as well as the interiors are way better in Taigun. Volkswagen's driving experience is almost at par with AUDI and BMW cars.
Kushaq/taigun 1.0 litre has ac cooling issue sir, especially in peak summer. Whatever they say but ac not as efficient as others because I myself had kushaq 1 litre and manual clutch is very long travel which gives leg pain in traffic, rattling noice ans poor fit and finish toh h hi
Compare GV and elevate specially drivng in different conditions like like long driving and for laddakh tour where low end torque matters, suspension , comfert in back see, breaking etc, I personally find driving seat space is less in elevate when adjusted for maximum height then GV, I want innova like seat and stering , and back seat is also wider in GV, elevate is only 2,
Sir how r u....? I like ur videos.thank you for sharing ur knowledge..🙏 Sir one suggestion can I fit meteor handalbar for classic reborn .for more comfortable ride....?
As always Fantastic & honest review. According to my TD experience of both Kushaq & Taigun I found both have long traveling clutch pedal & not too smooth Gear Shifting operation. Found 1.0 TSI lag in power in our Chaotic City traffic of 10-12 kmsph. But on clear road 1 5 TSI was fantastic but Car was frightfully expensive. At the same time it looked a beefed up hatch Premium Hatch or sub 4mts C-SUV maybe because of width of the Car from both outside & inside. It does not justify the high price it demands against Creata-Seltos. Honda Elevate does have man maximum machine minimum alongwith good wheelbase for legroom but also lacks in Rear shoulder room or width. Nothing to complain on the Trial & Tested, Proven, Refined, Efficient & above all the most Reliable & trouble-free 1.5 iVtec engine from Honda stable. But you just cannot beat King Creata & handsome Seltos Overall Package Offerings of Engine & Gearbox Options in India.
1.0L has turbo lag in city its low end power is less but will leave everyone behind in highway as it has higher torque. And automatic gearbox is better.
@@g1y3 Alongwith Auto Gearbox it turns out to be very expensive. 1.5 TSI Engine is the best which Offers Cylinder Deactivation Technology but is not offered in lower variants. Earlier it was offered with DSG Gearbox only. There are doubts on DSG Gearbox. And if you are unlucky DSG Gearbox might give problems. And its maintenance is frightfully expensive. Jump from 1.0 TSI to 1.5 TSI is ₹2 lacs + DSG another ₹1.8 lacs. Which is expensive for many. And that's the main reason VW-Skoda Sales nos are not encouraging.
It would have been nice to see some coverage of interior and features as well. Like Ventilated seats, Seating comfort, Shoulder room, Head and knee space, Cabin cooling, Instrument Cluster, Parking Camera Quality, Sunroof and associated space.etc.
Hello I am confused between nexon creative and honda elevate base. I need safety , engine reliability and long term coverage Which car should I choose ?
You can't compare Nexon with Elevate, both are different segment. Moreover after 3 years other than Japan and German brand cars become scraps. You want Safety, Reliability and long time coverage better Go to Honda or Toyota, otherwise Skoda or VW. Tata and Mahindra cars are safe but engine are not reliable. Maruti and Hyundai cars are not safe and the engine are not reliable.
if we compare seltos htx seltos also doesn't has 1 -360 camera 2 -ventilated seats 3 -adas 4 - no turbo i dont get it why people are saying that it has no features😮
@autocritic and anyone who owns a Honda City 5th gen - Need some suggestions for the CVT variant. Do you think Honda City 5th gen is still a better option than Elevate ? 1 - Does the engine shows more effort in moving the car as the Elevate is heavier ? They say the engine has been tuned accordingly but does that require more grunt (so the car will have to run on higher RPMs for the same speed) 2 - Under thigh support seems to be a tad bit less than City. City feels more comfortable ? Both front and back. Is the City's reclining angle better ? 3 - Is the elevate's camera even a little better ? or just the same with a better console ? 4 - Bonnet being big, are there any visibility issues ? Ground clearance of the Honda City worries me as the engine guard is very low. I believe that is the part that scrapes. Any idea if the City will be a better option (for Bangalore - roads are bad with unscientific bumps) but with full load and luggage, the ground clearance will become even lesser. 5 - Is a size upgrade to the City tyres a must (from 185 to 195 - it lies within the 2% deviation) ? 6 - Honda City front seats - for a higher driving position - head seems to be very near to the sunroof. Is that a big issue ? Might it hit while going on bumps.

@@rajeshkhanna5816 Slavia was one of my considerations earlier but it's just the niggle free experience that I want. After localisation of these products, there are many stories of the car getting stalled due to issues. Getting multiple lights on the dashboard for various reasons is not pleasant. Unreliability should also be considered as a part of safety. The scare and fear of getting stranded is harrowing. Another aspect talked about is multiple visits to the service centre due to petty issues. Otherwise a beautiful car. If only Honda City had some good ground clearance, it would have been awesome. I would have bought Honda Jazz if they hadn't discontinue it. Maybe a VFM option in the current era.
@@gohanstudent4578 regarding Slavia, I have been told the niggles are a story of d past. It was the initial vehicles that had those issues, including AC cooling. All that's been rectified now, and noone, in these days, is talking about niggles any more. My problem with Slavia is the quality (or lack of it) in the plastics. That but is so sad in d car, and also, the slightly stiffer suspension. I'd have bought City with eyes shut, but am not able to ignore it's low ground clearance 😞 You know my dream car wud be one carrying Slavia ki toughness, and engine.... Elevate ki ground clearance and suspension.... and Honda City ki reliability and plushness. But, what to do!! Any manufacturer listening???
You heard wrong, there is nothing better than these in the indian market. Don't worry, Tata and Mahindra will take many years to make engines of that level.
Thanks for the amazing content, while I know that none of these cars are 4x4, from a traction perspective do you Kushaq or Taigun would be better? Especially, muddy and slushy roads in mountains.
Kushaq/ Taigun 1.0L engine is far more powerful and superior than 1.5 iVtec. Only people who have driven both can feel the difference. Elivate is boring and lacks th punch for quick overtakes on highway or climb up hill. Dont put your money by seeing a review! My suggestion is to take a long test drive preferably on highways of the 1.0 L global award winning TSI engine and you will not look at any other cars in this segment. Dont go by the numbers but it is about technology and engineering! Honda itself does not sell NA engines outside india anymore as the world has moved to turbo! Make a wise decision and not marketing traps!

I think you should do next video on all these overly provided features and the reliability of electronics in details... How these extra features cause impact on electronics of the car. That is what I am looking for.
As long as you need a car which doesn’t ask you push and gives an okish performance then go for Elevate. If you need more enthusiastic engine which ask you to push higher and couldn’t compromise on performance and handling then go for Kushaq. Mileage is subjective here. If you are relaxed driver Even kushaq gives to 18-20 kmpl. If not, then even Elevate couldn’t satisfy you. Its all depend on how you drive the machine.
I really doubt that Honda Elevate has been proven 5 star rating because I haven't found its safety rating anywhere in any website.if Elevate hava achieved 5 star rating in GNCAP please do share it ..Regds

Hi Auto Critic, Really loved your videos. Great content and honest opinion, not biased like other creators. Well, I’m planning to buy a car under strict budget of 13.5 lakh. I short listed and confused Kushaq onyx plus and Honda Elevate Sv variant. Both i’m getting under 13 lakh rs. My main priority for a new car is top safety and reliability . So, with which one I should with ?

Nice and crisp to the point no nonsense video.I like your videos and I have to change my Altis as it is 15 years now and I love Toyota but it’s not in my budget and Honda feels right and Toyota now is more Suzuki than Toyota.I like pedigree cars and with a budget of 17 lacs I think Honda is good balance, I do like Skoda and VW but they have constant glitches with reliability. Honda, Toyota and Suzuki score there… about safety I would say, drive safe and carefully which unfortunately majority of people don’t do in India. All over the world you don’t need tanks to drive, people do very well in Toyota aygo, Mercedes smart car , Toyota IQ and Honda. Rest his bless all… All in all nice video. Love your knowledge, eye for detail and presentation. Best wishes and good luck…
Just because 1.0L TSI isn't as powerful as 1.5L TSI doesn't mean it's bad infact it's much better on highway than elevate's 1.5L NA with Torque Converter gearbox it's has further edge over CVT. Granted it's not very good with low end performance but elevate 0 to 100 is 13 sec further the speed is capped at 150kmph , it's a good car but with road presence, price , relaibility. But VW even 1.0L is better in terms of build, highway performance, some features (elevate lacks ventilated seats). In Thailand honda replaced 1.8 iVTEC in civic with 1.0L turbo so honda here isn't giving 1.5 iVTEC coz it's better just cause it's cheaper.

For me or in my opinion Elevate VX cvt variant is the best value for your money among all cars and all variants in this category. No other car gives you a cvt at a price point of 14.5l ex showroom ( talking about my city ) Some will say it has less features but more features dose not means better car. Always remember do not buy the car that has features that you want but instead buy the car with features that you need. And Elevate VX variant almost cover all the features that a normal/comman car buyers need ( in my opinion i would have prefered 6 air bags instead of sunroof but fine ) and yes creta S+ knight edition would have been a better option to buy because of its resale value but it dose not give At transmission. So if you want At transmission than go for Elevate VX and if you want manual transmission than i would suggest Creta S+ knight edition. ( this suggestion is only for budget under 15lakhs ex showroom in my city, no idea whats the ex showroom price in your city, but you can guess by the cars and variant about which segment i m talking about. )
You are completely wrong about the turbo, your review seems biased. Tell your audience about the cost at which 1.5 Litres Turbo engines are available. Also turbo kicks in after 3300 rpm, so NA has a better linear power delivery than turbo.

Why NEUTRAL driving feel? Pls elaborate a bit... Thanks
Great insights. I have been wavering between opting for a 1.5NA or a 1.5T. I had a feeling that 1.5T would be too much for me and I don't really need it. Thanks for explaining the i-VTec , I'm proceeding to test drive the Elevate. Thank you.
Shall I go for v CVT or vx CVT?
A detailed analysis of elevate and comparison study was excellent. Yes absolutely elevate is a balanced car and not feature oriented. Elevate is a car for peaceful drive and which can handle all of our Indian roads. Honda stands still on its quality for what they provide.
Nexon facelift vs skoda kushaq which one is preferable
I am looking for petrol manual SUV, can you please help in ranking in terms of overall quality.
1) Creta 2) Elevate and 3) Kushaq with 1.5 turbo
Considering all top with petrol manual
Honda elevate v cvt 15.70 onroad vs old kia seltos htx ivt 16.5 lakh onroad aftr discount... which would I choose???
Good evening sir 🙏 after long time i have seen your honestly presentation on Skoda and Honda Elevate I am still in favour of Kushaq 1.5 DSG ..because of safety ratings. But as you said Honda may score 5 🌟 star ..by that time i keep hold my decisions..thank you for your Unique Content.
Thank you sir, please do wait for safety ratings
14:29 you get everything you want in a car that is something 90% of car buyers don't understand 😢 which is why Honda is not able to sell more
Sir can you please suggest which model to buy in Honda Elevate zx CVT or vx CVT
That's my question too
For the last week, have done test drive of
1) Nexon
2) Hyryder
3) Elevate
4) Taigun
5) Kushaq
6) Creta
City:: Bangalore
My requirement = AT(DCA/Turbo/DSG/CVT)
a) Build quality (safety)
b) Spacious cabin
c) Cabin comfort
d) Boot space
My experience::
Build Quality ::
Hands down = Taigun
2nd Best = Kushaq
3rd best = Hyryder
4th = Elevate
I was disaapointed with build quality of Elevate, since i have Honda City & glanza
I had some level to comlare, Honda just could have used even city's build quality, then it would have been better
Engine performance::
1) Hyryder
2) Tiagun/Kushaq (1.0 turbo)
3) Elevate
4) Creta
5) Nexon
I disagree with most reviews that Honda Elevate is good
At lower
After test driving elevate yesterday, i agree with what you say about the power. Once you're revving till 3 or 4k rpm then you feel the punch from the engine but at the same time the mileage drops drastically... The car is build different and its very driver friendly, very good visibility... Air-con works really well..
To be honest I test drived Elevate as well as Kushaq with 4 adults day before yesterday The premium feel and comfort with Kushaq, I was not getting in Elevate at all. My parents also had the same opinion. Then decided to book Kushaq with approx 1 Lac discount
I agree with your point, Kushaq does feel more premium.. Congratulations on your new purchase wishing you the best experience.
to be very honest,,Kushaq looks like a crossover and a segment below and doesn’t have road presence as of Elevate..Elevate has more timeless design with a vintage look interior
When elevate safety rating is coming . can you please advise.
How much real mileage observed in Honda Elevate?
Honda name itself shows its performance, quality, reliability and drivability.
If you've required no non sense features go for Honda.
If you have required gimmick features then go for Seltos,Creta
Honda always consider man max and machine minimum that's why boot space max.
Even 220 mm ground clearance but there is no body rolls
Bhai panromic pe mat jao, safety rating down ho jati hai, and it's required in europian countries.
IVtec , CVT no comparison with Honda
Almost daily 8 km I have driving in city with mild to high traffic, which one should I go for ? no Hyundai and Maruti pls
What are the specification's not available is not essential and the required all are available, so go ahead to Honda elevate.
I tried test drives of many cars in last 3 years, ended up buying elevate ZX MT, already driven 3500 kms, it is just perfect car ...
name anything and elevate has it, except fancy features
Which variant in elevate is worthy
But 1.0 TSI is turbocharged with 178 nm @1750 rpm and this one is 175 @4300 rpm, the revs are more as compared to VW, which also corresponds to less mileage and I wouldn’t rate Elevate above than 1.0 tsi (imo)
Apart from this, it scores high on other things.
What do you think?
I test drove the elevate and kushaq 1.0 mt back to back and bought elevate ,
My take is the 1.5 ivtec is better than 1.0 tsi , in terms of a all round engine
The elevate has shorter gears for better mileage and the engine will easily do 60kmph at 6th gear and give you a mileage of 16 -17 ,
And if you want the engine gives you that power till 6600 or 7000 rpm , and its wide range and at 3-4 rpm itself the engine will do 90 -120 at a average highway mileage of 15-16 without making a sweat
But the problem with the 1.0 tsi is that for better mileage you needs to be in the turbos rpm of 2000 - 5000 and after that the turbo will be limited , your gears need to be as correct as possible to not to lug the engine and better mileage
Yes tsi will come with its midrange kick but it's rpm limited , and comes with a turbo, and even though tsi is a award winning engine, long term of 8-9 years the ivtec wins
Thank god there is comparision because m confused in this three which one i should buy
MG Hector or Elevate ...pse suggest.
I have seen many honda cars catching rust within 5 years.. whats your say on this
Please make a detailed comparison review on Kia seltos 2023 and Honda elevate, as i am very much confused and not able to decide which one is best to buy considering all aspects...
Compare GV and elevate specially drivng in different conditions like like long driving and for laddakh tour where low end torque matters, suspension , comfert in back see, breaking etc, I personally find driving seat space is less in elevate when adjusted for maximum height then GV, I want innova like seat and stering , and back seat is also wider in GV, elevate is only 2,
Thanks for your very honest reviews! Booked the car 2 days ago and waiting. Elevate is ❤
Sir how r u....? I like ur videos.thank you for sharing ur knowledge..🙏

Comparision video between grand vitara and elevate
Thanks for making my mind clear... going for elevate.
Cannot beat in features agreed. But what about the safety. Cars costing north of 20L and scoring a measly 3 star safety with unstable body shell?
Excellent observation 👏👏
Manuals of Taigun and Kushaq r never recommended by top car experts
Elevate is more SUV than other 2 , top model elevate feels very premium seats from city and soft touch is very good , its relaxed car.
Booked elevate v apex yesterday with an ORP of 13.25 lacs with complementary roof rail
Don’t agree that 1.5 IVTEC is better than 1.0 TSI. VW 1.0 TSI has more punch than 1.5 IVTEC
Agree with you
Sir you can't tell about mileage of this car.
Features, features what features man. Buy a 40K phone you'll get all the features and buy a Car to take you places.
It would have been nice to see some coverage of interior and features as well. Like Ventilated seats, Seating comfort, Shoulder room, Head and knee space, Cabin cooling, Instrument Cluster, Parking Camera Quality, Sunroof and associated space.etc.
Hello
I am confused between nexon creative and honda elevate base.
I need safety , engine reliability and long term coverage
Which car should I choose ?
You can't compare Nexon with Elevate, both are different segment. Moreover after 3 years other than Japan and German brand cars become scraps. You want Safety, Reliability and long time coverage better Go to Honda or Toyota, otherwise Skoda or VW. Tata and Mahindra cars are safe but engine are not reliable. Maruti and Hyundai cars are not safe and the engine are not reliable.
Hello
Which car you purchased
@@chandrasekharreddy6228 elevate
if we compare seltos htx
seltos also doesn't has
1 -360 camera
2 -ventilated seats
3 -adas
4 - no turbo
i dont get it why people are saying that it has no features😮
Sorry to differ to your statement - VW is not having security and reliability. It's exactly the opposite rather.
what about Grand Vitara/Hyryder Vs Elevate? They also score big on fuel efficiency and features
@autocritic and anyone who owns a Honda City 5th gen - Need some suggestions for the CVT variant.
Do you think Honda City 5th gen is still a better option than Elevate ?
1 - Does the engine shows more effort in moving the car as the Elevate is heavier ? They say the engine has been tuned accordingly but does that require more grunt (so the car will have to run on higher RPMs for the same speed)
2 - Under thigh support seems to be a tad bit less than City.
I will feature this question in an upcoming video so that I explain in detail
@@autocriticI thought I would ask more questions after receiving some answers LOL. really stuck in making a decision. Good analysis btw. I have similar thoughts of whatever you mentioned. Felt like having a discussion on a deeper level. Thanks!
@@gohanstudent4578 I too am in d same boat. Confused between Elevate, City and Slavia... and with no clear winner in sight 😢
I'd have bought City with eyes shut, but am not able to ignore it's low ground clearance 😞
You know my dream car wud be one carrying Slavia ki toughness, and engine.... Elevate ki ground clearance and suspension.... and Honda City ki reliability and plushness. But, what to do!!
Any manufacturer listening???
Sir,
Do you think that VW and Skoda and even Honda leave India in the next 10 years? Lots of people are saying so seeing their sales figures.
You heard wrong, there is nothing better than these in the indian market.
Don't worry, Tata and Mahindra will take many years to make engines of that level.
@@Unboxingwwala ok thanks
VW/Skoda are doing decent number they export twice the no of cars that are sold in India .
Sir which one u suggest elevate or hyryder
Elevate pe jao most reliable and proven i vtec engine aur 5 star rated . haiye elevate. hyryder shares maruti platform and same wahi baleno interior and cheap fit and finish. elevate zx mt sahi haiye go for tht value for money
Can you please do a similar video on Nexon facelift vs Brezza.. its quite confusing..
Honda is a brand itself , bro. Dont underestimate it.
I think you should do next video on all these overly provided features and the reliability of electronics in details... How these extra features cause impact on electronics of the car. That is what I am looking for.

Bhai agar dekha jaae to Honda elevate best option hai jo bhi gaadi aapne bataae nice analysis Bhai good carry on
As long as you need a car which doesn’t ask you push and gives an okish performance then go for Elevate.
I got this beast yesterday. VX model. Really like it.

Safety-kushaq; reliablity- Honda
Kushaq has 6 airbags?
Keep up the good work, honesty is key to such videos
Brothers..Honda City 5th Gen is still a royal car in Sedan with this budget..but if you want SuV take the SV elevate and add accessories. But drive Elevate in Sun, bonut may reflect light back and disturb your riding.

Honda isn’t doing r&d in India they are sharing even alloy wheels with same design
Thank you for your kind words, I will feature your question in my upcoming video..please do give me some time
Just because 1.0L TSI isn't as powerful as 1.5L TSI doesn't mean it's bad infact it's much better on highway than elevate's 1.5L NA with Torque Converter gearbox it's has further edge over CVT.
Agree with you
Grand vitara and hyryder ride quality and suspension best in this segment and equally close is elevate
As of now Elevate is a real challenge in the segment. Especially with value for money

With normal acceleration, you will easily get 14 kmpl in the city and at the highway with 90-100 kmpl you will touch the 17-18 mark...
Most users are getting more than ARAI claimed values

@@farzanfarooqui because it can drive in 5th gear even at the speed of 25 kmpl
one major difference. Honda gives 5year unlimited km warranty that can be extended to 10year unlimited warranty that covers engine, AC compresor etc.. other car brands comes with 3year/100000km warranty..
( this suggestion is only for budget under 15lakhs ex showroom in my city, no idea whats the ex showroom price in your city, but you can guess by the cars and variant about which segment i m talking about. )
Only con with Elevate I noticed was features list is good only for the top model. Below that you don’t even get cruise control . 😢
Don't u think grand vitara is even worth comparing with elivate , though it is selling in good numbers
After market sare features milenge lekin ground clearence nahi milega,
Aapki video dekhne ke bad confusion khatm hua aaj hee elevate book karta hun❤
You are completely wrong about the turbo, your review seems biased. Tell your audience about the cost at which 1.5 Litres Turbo engines are available. Also turbo kicks in after 3300 rpm, so NA has a better linear power delivery than turbo.
skoda kushaq and vw taigun compeate with the likes of hyundai creta and kia seltos....on the other hand honda betters the tata nexon.....but since nexon is now loaded with updated features lets see how it goes......nice comparison here👍
