- My version of Korean Fried Chicken 韩式炸鸡 is so crunchy and juicy and has an amazing combination of spices and sweetness. Korean Fried Chicken is a great comfort food! This will be perfect as an afternoon treat and snack. The popular “KFC” has spread worldwide. I have added my personal touch to this special recipe.
It has a wonderful stickiness that combines the magic flavor. I love how sweetness and spices go so well together that each bite of this “KFC” gives a great satisfaction.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was so good! I had to leave the spicy peppers out because my kids don't like spice, but I added them to my husband's and my plate, and it was still delicious. I definitely think it would have been even better if we could have made it the way it's shown.

What is "light syrup" and can I make it at home?
Light syrup is something common here in Scandinavia. You can try rice syrup or golden syrup as substitution if you can find it in the store. I don't make the light syrup at home.
