Thorogood Emperor toe boots (reinforced toe not a safety toe)

I got these boots on clearance for $99 a pair. I got the whole range of the Emperor boots including the 6" the 8" and the wellington. I was mistaken though these are not a composite toe but a reinforced toe so excuse the mistake on that one. I looked it up on Thorogoods website and was looking at the wrong model. Still would have bought them but am a little disappointed in myself for making a rookie error...

Do the wellington boots fit the same as the laced?

It basic terms yes. The toe box feels the same to me. And the basic shape is the same. But since you can tighten the laces down they are not exactly the same. For me I have small feet so the wellington are a bit looser than the regular boots. So there is some difference in feel. But my feet fit the same in both.
