That Twilight is just stunning, but I guess they all are. There’s just something about a KitchenAid stand mixture that puts them in a class of their own. I can picture one sitting on a pedestal, draped with softly glimmering silk, with a soft light shining on it! Lol! I’ve got my eye on the Velvet Blue one, and it’s going to be all mine in about 3 or 4 days! I really enjoyed this video, it’s really neat to see them all together like that. I ordered the cobalt blue as well as the ocean drive blue. Although I live in a nice area of Miami I hope to some day move closer to ocean drive but I'm not sure how much I'm going to love the old lady turquoise color lol

This is perfect, looking at the pictures online can be misleading sometimes. Your brief descriptions and video in different lighting conditions helps judge the color and sheen of each mixer. Bonus points for being direct and to the point, that can be hard to find on RUclips these days.

Which blue was it that was exclusive to Target for a while? Twilight Blue or Blue Willow? It sounds like it was the Twilight Blue when it was mentioned that it looks sort of periwinkle. It was really pretty. I have a cranberry colored 9 speed hand mixer, but that blue color really caught my eye when I saw it at Target a few years back.

I know that Twilight blue was only in the Artisan Mini mixers for while so they could have got it as an exclusive for a short period of time. And you are correct, it does remind me of a periwinkle color - a very interesting color blue!

@@aneta5196 There are so many "natural light" variations going from home to home - studio lighting may not be the most accurate to the eye, but it is the most consistent when taking photographs day after day, year after year. Color is tricky business!

Hey Amanda - I have not heard of the just "aqua" mixer - it may be misnamed on a businesses' website. The model number for Aqua Sky is KSM150PSAQ - If the "aqua" mixer you are looking at has the same model number, then it is the same color. I hope this helps!
I just received my ocean drive mixer and it looks completely different from this one?? Mine is like VERY green turquoise. But when I put my camera in front of it, it looks like yours?
Hello! The blue color mixers especially look different in certain lighting conditions. If you have more incandescent lights (more warm yellow lights) the color will look different (think mixing colors: blue + yellow = green). Your camera also sees color differently than the human eye does making it difficult to perfectly show how colors will look. Maybe something to try is to bring your mixer outside on a sunny day - natural sunlight will let you see the true color of your mixer. I hope this helps!
Are some colours newer than others? I have an Azure Blue mixers but when I look for matching things (spatulas, kitchen accessories...) all I can find are Aqua Sky things.
