That is one thing I HATE about rich people!! EVERYONE should be able to live TOGETHER! WITHOUT being looked down upon, just because they make less money. 😒🤨😠

I like that lovely pond and many trees near it the most. What a beautiful touch of quite rich nature in the middle of the city centre. And I do see what you mean by superficial people, I can see it, too, and I'm not a fan of it, either. But honestly, these people are still so much more normal than their western counterparts. Even in my country, which is not really the west, people of that class act much worse and not on only one or two streets in the capital during their night out, but everywhere and most of the time. In Russia, they are the minority. In the west, a large majority of people are like that...but worse. Thanks for another interesting video. 👍

Patriki is not the most expensive area in Moscow, it's not even in the top 10 according to every ranking in runet in 2024.
It's just a cool area with fancy bars and a few restaurants that attracts young ppl who like to show off, but that doesn't make it the most expensive place in Moscow

Young man, this humble yet healthily randy centenarian representative of the traditional values long lost here in the FUBAR West, most ardently supports the civilising process firmly established in millenary Mother Russia, and most unapologetically praises Patriki St for featuring the world's largest concentration of drop-dead gorgeous ladies per square inch.

This may not apply to many but I have a 6 year old and im wondering what town you would recommend I look into. I think I want to be on a warmer south side of Russia and maybe a smaller town that offers a school and some work. Can you give me a starting town to consider. Im from Canada so cold weather I know.
    Thanks!

I may recommend Timashevsk, Tikhoretsk, Labinsk and other towns of Kuban'- that is Krasnodar region. But you'd better learn Russian: very few know English there.

The cheapest appartment for rent within the city limits would be around 500 USD/month. Decent quality and furniture included.
Outside the city limits, still within 1-1,5 hours on public transport from the Red Square would be significantly lower, down to 300-350 $/month

Thoughts on unqualified English teachers teaching young people in your country English? Like the Scottish youtuber… someone commented he has never taught English to anyone and worked as a teacher before coming to Russia… crazy how those kids are getting a subpar education just because the school wants to save money on unqualified english teachers and hire a “native speaker” who is white. Would be better if they hired local teachers who have actual degrees in pedagogy. Would be interesting to see you doing a video about this in russia and the general quality of education there.

    • @Дчёрный

So you think a qualified non-native speaker can teach you a language better than a native speaker? I think you're very wrong. Non-native can never even compete with native, no matter what a good student etc. the non-native was.
