Jiwon, Nana, Jihan, Yeonhee, JooE and Suyun really matched this song. Jiwon's voice is totally underrated, she can definitely SING (she's also a visual goddess). JooE's voice is so pretty, it stands out and, she sounds like a princess. Jihan is a master in aura and facial expressions. Nana has that solid, lower voice tone and insane dance skills. Yeonhee's parts are made for her to a T. Suyun as usual is a main vocalist, she ate it up.
1:18 Nana killed this part uggghh its so addictive. Well for me, Pick on top - NANA, JIWON, JIHAN, WOOYEON, JIWON DROP THE BEAT - YEONHEE they are shining and get my atenttion!! 😻
Cherry Bullet and Rocket Punch being two of my all-time favorite groups make this (and SNAP) very hard to choose a version that I prefer. I will say that Suyun, Yeonhee and JooE make DROP's version very pleasant to listen to. There is a certain irresistibility to all of the members in PICK team too though, especially Nana and the Weeekly members in that team. Love both versions a lot and I listen to both regularly!

What I noticed would be Pick on the top MV seems more of a Music MV while Drop the Beat seems more of a dance video(although both of them is a dance video, its almost if not the same case with Athena and PICKcat's case). PICK on the top have variety effects like it was a story which made the video feel complete while DROP the beat have one concept effect(I made this up) where all things feels too similar(you usually see this effect on MVs from innocent or school concepts like Gfriend, Weeekly-Afterschool, and others). As for the costume or clothes, you can easily distinguish different characters/characteristics between members in PICK on the top while you need a better eye(or know the members) to have better clue who is who. Maybe the second team was going for "WE are WHOLE TEAM" effect(I made that up) where they have similar or same clothes so they look more synchronized and more relax appeal, but the PICK on the top was able to pull that effect as well even with different costume which is unfortunate for DROP on the top. In conclusion, they are both good but the difference is very obvious in what team had better overall of things. I don't know much yet about how the MVs were decided because of course Mnet will upload performance first. Maybe its just me but I think its always the first groups that get better things in the performances while second groups just complies what they could get, which is unfortunate. I wonder if someone had the same thought as well or its just me. What do you think?
Same thought. I also encounter similar comment on other videos for snap. It was pretty obvious for both charismatic and snap that upload earlier have more visual effect, like fireworks for snap and rain scene for charismatic, also the things you've mention above. Have you watched the trailer for queendom puzzle? It's not have any subtitles yet, so i'm just guessing too.. But the girls seems to have competition already when they make the groups (they show how the girls have to vote for each other individual performance, also when the girls decide to move one girl to other team etc). So I see the posibilities that they indeed have some sort competition to decide for which one have more better mv sets, better effect, etc. Just my guess though.
in the trailer, i think the pick teams get to kick out members who get moved to the drop team. which explains why both pick teams have a better video. it's subtle but so obvious there's a difference in quality
