I am a programmer and i know what they have done 😂😂, basically they don’t record your fight video instead your moves, and when you play it it will create a match with two bots with predefined moves from your actual gameplay, hope you understand 😅 storing a video requires let say 1 gb for 1 video but storing moves will only takes 1mb to 2mb
So we can say that some bits got lost in this replay due to which some predefined moves has been messed up and the replay becomes diff. Than actual match.

OOOOOH, I have a ceazy theory, The replay is the bots that plays the match and something happened might be in the code for them and that really was an actual match for the bots that you can rewind them, Thats why it shows different outcome however it is the same moves and everything
That is not a crazy theory. That's probably how it works. Maybe when they were playing, some of the moves did not register properly due to some input lag or something, but were included in the replay and the bots played those moves leading to a different result.

Imagine A hero who lost in the 2nd round playing the 3rd One 😂(Bug) Actually I won the 2nd round. I checked the Journal file on Data folders. There were random numbers. There were too many 0's meaning null.. and there was different numbers for different moves and damages. So sometimes there are bugs in recording the moves with numbers. That's why you see it on the journal. I hope you understand.
Not that i am hating or defending but why do peiple act like passive play is a bad thing when some characters require you to play passively or else they just get ran over. Not to mention that its a way of playing. Xd. Peiple use passive play as if its a bad thing in yt.
