Just one thing, increase the recovery time of upper astral so that they can't spam it, bcz i have seen june's upper astral doesn't even lets to stand up. It is required and it is necessary or our beloved June will always be counted as spamming character.

June's block breaker + the healing perk makes it absolutely disgusting. In reality, if you get hit by an astral ability, you take about 1.5k extra damage, so 1 ability = @ 2.5k dmg with a few damage stacks? Nerf this object
