Nice job👍. It’s NEVER the unit closest to the ladder, lol. Gotta love that junk drawer, spacers, odd clips, special nuts, gotta keep them. I had a Ruud inducer fan about 10 yrs ago that the set screw holes were NOT indexed to the set screw, that was interesting. Thanks for the video.

Nice work. I don’t miss working on those units. The pilot tubes always plug up and you have to pull the whole burner assembly.

On a 3.5 ton home unit, should the blower motor and wheel be behind the panel where the exhaust vent comes out the side?

I have that same filter puller, saves the day on these bigger units with 3-4 filters deep

I love that thing. Nothing worse then scouring the roof for something to pull filters! Thanks for watching man!

Those spacers never come off haha🤦🏻‍♂️ end up using 1/4 copper in a pinch

Really? Because they usually come off just fine for me.

Horrible design by york. Those nuts on the plate always snap. I keep extras just for york's. Those nuts are 11/32. I use anti-sieze on those.....because we all know it'll have to get replaced again sometime down the road
