Barbecue sauce is used as a marinade, basting, condiment, or topping for meat cooked in the barbecue cooking style, including pork or beef ribs and chicken. It is a ubiquitous condiment in the Southern United States and is used on many other foods as well.
Step 1 ..........
Preparing the BBQ sauce...........
Tomato ketchup - 250 ML
Hot sauce - 2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
Smoking liquid - 1 + half teaspoon
Lime leaf - 3 leafs
Brown sugar - 4 tablespoon
Method..........
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Using a whisk mix well
Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
