He likely had an Elite Controller, meaning he has paddles so no need to claw. Very likely that he also has Kontrol Freeks. If you yourself have them, you need to turn down your dead zone to 1% or 0, and not worry about stick drift because there isn’t a single controller on earth that won’t have stick drift after playing for some time. Your stick won’t drift if you have your thumb on the joystick, which you should anyways. If you have kontrol freeks and are playing with a high dead zone, you’re quite literally wasting your control freeks worth
People play super uncoordinated players in lower elo in high elo everyone plays there actual role so his kills only look so text book cuz he knows how they playing
