It's funny how some clients find the haircutting and shaving to be so relaxing that they fall asleep during it. It makes me want to find a barber who can do this type of work.

I have awful skin and one thing that helps is good sleep and hydration. Not just drinking water but making sure you have a good amount of electrolytes and other things important in hydration. For me. If I wash my face and use lotion as well as have good sleep and over hydrate my skin looks good. Other wise it’s a red flaky peeling mess. Hope this helps lol. I still have problems with it but that’s life

It's just some frozen water on a popcycle stick. You could probably just get yourself a cheap popcycle mold and make your own! The coldness from the ice reduces redness, tightens the open pores, and refreshes the skin!
