When emirates can’t give a glass of water to people who are requesting and struggling with thirst, as if people in economy are flying for free. That just shows how much they value money and how much they value humans 👎
Because they charge the customers only for the flying expenses in economy and not for any other services. Airlines make very little money with economy seats. The bulk of profit they make is in business and first class seats. Even though business and first class seats are very less in quantity compared to economy, they make the most profit in business/FC. You can carry your own bottle right?
They made us empty our bottles in security check in. And since the layover time got reduced due to flight delays there was no time to buy after check-in. Regardless of anything, when someone is feeling suffocating isn’t it humanity to give water? They made me wait for almost 40 mins. May be they were waiting for medical emergency to happen . It’s just not humane.
No they did not charge for water but kept ignoring our request for water for like 40 minutes when I was struggling with thirst and feeling suffocated. With multiple reminders of my health declining they finally decided to give the water .
I had bad experience with Emirates flights from Melbourne to Dubai with my family , the stewards was arrogant & unprofessional. Never recommend to anyone. I believe Qatar Airways & Etihad Airways are top notch .
Worst Diabetic food have ever had on an airline !!!! Who ever has the contract for Diabetic food , should be given training. Fruit, not pineapple and mango, only berries. The frozen brown roll with two pieces of plastic chicken pieces with some sharing of green stuff ???? An absolute disgrace. This should be a worry for Emirates people cannot eat this and could go into a Diabetic coma, on long haul flights. I did Dbn Dubai Vienna, never again. Also stressed as going back Hburg Dubai Durban would like to take my own food and snacks. A total disgrace.
