Nah, *****: I've watched it 2 times at the theatre and intend to buy the DVD as well. These movies need to make their money back or the industry will collapse!

Marko Velimirovic It sticks with you. It's exciting and uplifting for a while. But several people you like die horrible f*cking deaths. You don't see anyone fall and go splat but hypoxia, frostbite, freezing solid and knowing it's happening to you while it happens... *shudder*

Just now at 8: 50 am I have completed this movie in morning and just after that I searched about the interview and now I am here and now I m about to see them here alive in the interview . I wanted to see that that's why just after watching the movie I searched for this. Really super realistic movie no one can beat it .

I just watched the movie and I have to say, I still think it's mostly just self-indulgence and ego that drives people up there. The made a good job in the movie with wrapping it into a lot of "deeper" and more profound motivations, but still... I really only rooted for the main character Rob, for Jake's character and for the Russian guy. And the only reason was, that somehow they knew what they were getting themselves into and took it seriously. They respected the mountain and didn't just use it as a means to avoid the emptiness in their daily lives that they failed to fill. I know, I'm going to get crap for this, but that's just my belief. Sorry.

everest for me is all about self will and the limits i can push that will to without breaking (dying). everest is a def bucket list for me...but ill make it the last 1...just incase. And truth be told, i want the storm as well...i want the full shebang... have the writers exp..he summitted, got caught in the storm, but made it down. He said if he knew, he wouldnt have gone...i still would have, cuz its an experience that cannot be matched on this earth...i dont know, but again, the beauty for me is the sights and the danger. how kool would it be to fall into a deep ass crevasse like deep deep, be alive an uninjured but end up someplace man has never seen or been, cept you. Obviously getting out all of this...or maybe not, thats the beauty and the challenge for me. And i wanna do it the yumiko way...summit the 7 and k2 (just for the title of k2 conqueror, dont need no storm with this one, not at no 24-30% mortality rate) how many ppl, even more, how many black ppl have done it?
I'm so confused it said at the end of the movie that all the people who died in the movie that there body's are still there and it showed pictures of the people who died
They aren't the actual people dumb dumb. They're actors
Yes, their bodies are on the mountain, not the photos other people took of them, which is what was shown at the end of the film.

Yes they died but there are pictures of them yes like of me and I'm sure there's pictures of you out there as well I hope that helps These two were the actors portraying the main actors in the film and yes they both die in the movie in the movie that is not in real life they are alive thank you

yes he did,both of them actually.
His character did.
Jason Clarke does not look or sound like Rob Hall. Jake looks nothing like Scott Fischer. Scott was a short blonde man. Scott's widow and his children knew what the real Scott was like.
@fuck2016 Yea they both got the essence of the characters right, doesn't matter whether they look exactly like them.
The movie is regrettable.
I thought it was a pile of shite, another hollywood big budget waste of time
