Loved the mud cloth! Thank you SO much for providing background info on mud cloths and acknowledging where they come from. So many times in the west we appropriate design ideas from other cultures and fail to acknowledge their origins. You’re awesome:)
Awww, thank you so much Flo! I thought it was important to include to share with others a little bit of the background so I'm glad you appreciated that! 🥰
Loved the mudcloth and the arch piece. You mentioned framing the arch canvas and I think this would look so perfect with some type of frame made from upcycling an old leather belt. Thanks for the great ideas!
Looking for ideas for DIY art for decor for a video I have coming up and stumbled across your video! Love all of these ideas and can’t wait to try them out myself 🙌🏻
Beautiful. I can't decide which is my favorite. The graphic one is awesome. And I love the last one. My bedroom has a slight moon theme, I think I might need to copy that one! Thank you for great video.
I think it would be really cool to paint a terracotta plant pot like the mud cloth design. I would really love to see a tutorial on that. I think it would look really cool!!
As an artist I loved all of this. Especially with a boho vibe it's about the non perfect aspect and even a child's abstract art wouldbe great for those who have a child at there disposal lol. Everyone should try at least one. You will be surprised at the natural talent you have and it will encourage you to try more.
Hello Tina, I want to create the African rustic mud cloth art. However, I doubt I will have the same precision as you do with the white paint. I created mine with Tulip Dimensional paint! Came out really nice!
Thank you for these beautiful paintings! I just love the african touched picture. What frame did you use for that - this is perfect for my home too :)! Thank you so much!!!
Awesome!!OMG.i love all the three.you are awesome girl!!ive been searching in youtube for simple DIY boho painting for long time and couldnt get one.i found you finally.what paint did you use in that?pure water color or can we use acrylic here?please put more minimal Boho wall decors and organizing tips which is rental friendly.TIA
Love love love these prints (especially the Mud Cloth)! I didn't see a link to the fine tip brushes you used. Can you update that (I'd really like to purchase them)? Please and thank you! Where do you usually look for your wooden frames? They're really pretty with these prints! Also your voice is so soothing and I just love your tutorials (well explained/shot/edited)!
I just posted a link to the brushes, I cannot find the EXACT one I bought but found one within a set online! Here's the name of the brush so perhaps you can find it in-stores, I got mine at Michaels: Royal and Langnickel MSGE250-20/0 Apparently they also make makeup brushes now, so it's very confusing, lol! Thank you so much for watching Tracy and for this kind feedback. Your comment just made my whole day!! 🥰💖
@@tinalemac Thank you girl and you're welcome! I really enjoy when notifications come up for your videos! I just love what you're doing, making and sharing with us! I love seeing you take simple shapes and turn them into pieces of art. It makes me feel like I can do it too (I'm pretty artsy and can sew, but have never really tried my hand at painting a whole lot - aside from a rainbow mural on my daughters wall). I can't wait to create some art for their room (I've been slowly working on a makeover)! You're very inspiration so definitely keep doing what your doing!
Hi Tracy, I did not see your response until right now (RUclips doesn’t send notifications on replies!), so apologies for this late reply! I feel so incredibly lucky to have viewers like you who love and support what I’m doing with my channel. Comments like these mean the world to me and I’m always so happy that I can inspire others to make more art! Thanks a million 🥰💛
Hej Tina! New sub here! Loved it! Do have a question though: the mud cloth is hanging between two wooden thing'ies. Do you have a link for them? I really liked it! Love from Holland!! XO
Hiii! I got them from Target’s dollar spot so they are not sold online. But you can find them by searching “poster frame hanging” and some should pop up! Hope this was helpful 💛💛
I'll scroll through your videos after this comment. Is there a video you can direct me to that shares the colors in your paint pallette? Their beautiful shades!
beautiful, I love your channel, I did a contemporary diy 'painting' over on my channel the other week with my son, we loved it, you should take a look...we used wallpaper and is really effective.
Where have you been all my life!!! Your channel is exactly what I was looking for!

I'm not an artist by any means but am inspired by the 70’s retro vibe. The warm tones are extremely therapeutic for me and I instantly feel at peace.
Thank you so much 💖💖💖 Much more on the way!
Love them all, thanks for sharing 😊
You did a wonderful job. I really love these pieces. I love the wooden hanger for the African piece!

Omg, yessss! Please tag me when you do, I would love to see how it came out. Thank you so much for watching Lisa 💖
Loved all of them. The mud cloth was my favorite. My colors are in blues, greens and yellows..so, this will be fun to do😊TY❣
Yay! Thank you for watching! Hope you have fun creating your paintings 💛
The mud cloth reminds me of batik. You could have also used a white marker, or the roller strip whit-o that is used to correct pen.
Thanks for explaining how to mix colours
Of course! Thank you so much for watching 💖
I love the arch moon piece, too! I think I might try with a light blue wash????? UGH!!!!!!!!!!! wish me luck!!!!!!!!!
I ♥ the African Mud Cloth but the other 2 projects are also nice.

Tina maybe u can create your own frame for the moon on canvas like simply hot glue some twigs to form a border.

My canvas painting caught fungus after a while 😓... What do I do ??
❤️❤️❤️❤️
The link for the paint shows it but does not give a price says to contact your store for price.that doesn’t help if I need to order online
beautiful, I love your channel, I did a contemporary diy 'painting' over on my channel the other week with my son, we loved it, you should take a look...we used wallpaper and is really effective.
Why does the color look pink when you’re mixing it but white yellow on the canvas
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you honey 🥰

When i saw the moon and star i automatically saw the turkish flag🇹🇷
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Your using nsibidi symbols in your mud cloth and Senegalese batik symbols
