Very helpful, thanks! I'm just starting out with the EVO Lite +, having been a DJI user for a few years now. The App has been a bit of a challenge, but your video helps alot. And that windmill video is super nice quality! Thanks!
Glad it helped it’s still a bit buggy and confusing to me too so. For example I just flew and for some reason turned off all my grids and stuff not sure what caused that. You’re welcome.
Thanks for sharing Atort, excellent tutorial. It looks like there is no VR/split screen mode on this app for flying in vr goggles? Did I miss that? Thanks.
Very helpful, but what I'm looking for is HDR. Apparently it wasn't available when you made this video. When I look in advanced settings, I see a selection for HDR, but it says "not available in pro mode". The thing is, I don't even see any selection for pro mode. The list just starts with "Pano". I can turn HDR on, but if I close the advanced window, then look again, it's switched off. I'm using Android Fly App Version 1.4.54
I wasn't aware of those settings you can make for smooth, standard and ludicrous. The enable audio recording is cool, but it records to the phone's microphone, and not to the SD card; so you have to share to facebook or something from the phone, and may be useful for narrating or catching ambient sounds. I really like the pano function, and get amazing photos using Raw and adjusting and merging in Photoshop, although it will merge a pano in the app.
Hey thanks. This was helpful to familiarize myself with the Sky App. Just got my Nano+. Just sold my Mini 2 - which I really liked btw. Lot's of hours on my Evo 2 Pro, my original X-Star Premium, my Phantom 3 and my Inspire. I literally just had my first flight with the Nano. I was surprised how well it handled the wind. Question. The beeping of the obstacle avoidance was annoying. Do you know a way to tone that down by either adjusting the sensitivity of the sensors or changing the height above the ground at which the alarms activate? I was flying down my driveway and the bottom sensors beeped the whole time even though I was 6-15' above the pavement. So far I'm pleased with only that issue and that there is no good place, like in the Mini 2, for the unscrewed thumb sticks. I predict lots of lost thumb sticks! Hey thanks again.
I believe if you mute your device or turn down the volume for example on your iPhone I think that should do it. Many times when landing and taking off I simply disable obstacle avoidance by tapping that green button on top and turn back on once away from the ground for example. Try it let me know.
@@AtortAerials I understand trees. In my part of Florida if you have to set it down It's probably getting wet. I've lost some props on trees and had 2 drones go swimming. Odd side note, The Vifly motion alarm I fly with went under water twice and a week in a bag of rice later it worked. Loved the vid though.

Do you know where the audio is stored when we select audio recording during the video?
@@DroneStories I wish I knew. But I imagine on the phone or iPad.

I've never understood the Fascination with testing/playing over water..?
To me flying over water is the safest thing ever. No trees people anything power line wise.
