    very guided video anmol g,u r doing really very good job g.i recently saw ur video,sir i hv very stiff hip n lower back with one knee pain.there is no medical problem .but when i do yoga n excercises my pain increases .plz guide how to get rid off all pain my age is 46 .i like ur videos,i want to do all

      After practice do 5 minutes head balance
      You feel better

    Wow a perfect challenge, I made adjustment to some poses as I am not there yet.. with my sciatia nerve pain using these deep stretches helps tremendously! Namaste

    Thank you for the class, it definitely helps to open up the hip and knees. Although I still can't do some of the more advance postures but will keep trying.

    Anmol I started your classes a month ago everyday ,and do two classes.
    I can see a bit of progress... how long does it take to,open the hips.
    Some of the poses are just impossible to do.

      आपकी पढ़ाई कहाँ तक हुई है। यदि आपने BA कर लिया है तो आप MA योगा से कर सकते हैं उत्तराखंड में बहुत सारी university है। और कुछ जानना है?
